那个股息4.5cent per share，蛮不错的
还可以选择要不要cosway的债券

不过最主要是最近要暴升

The Board of Directors of Berjaya Corporation Berhad (“BCorporation”) is pleased to announce that Roasters Asia Pacific (HK) Limited had on 4 May 2011 received the business licence for the incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary under the name of Kenny Rogers Roasters Catering (Shenzhen) Company Ltd. (“KRR Shenzhen”) in Shenzhen, the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”).

KRR Shenzhen will be a 100%-owned subsidiary of Roasters Asia Pacific (HK) Limited which in turn is a 100%-owned indirect subsidiary of BCorporation.

The intended principal activity of KRR Shenzhen is to develop and operate the Kenny Rogers Roasters chain of restaurants in the PRC.

The incorporation of KRR Shenzhen will not have any effect on the issued share capital, substantial shareholders’ shareholdings, consolidated earnings and consolidated net assets of BCorporation.

None of the Directors, substantial shareholders and persons connected with the Directors and/or substantial shareholders of BCorporation has any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation of KRR Shenzhen.

The Board is of the opinion that the incorporation of KRR Shenzhen is in the best interest of the BCorporation Group.

   Cosway 原本就是 BJCORP 的啦..只不过在HK上市了
应该和 Cosway 盈利无关

    可以说成是，股息是这里给的，但是债卷是cosway给的

陈志远牢捉 现金牛成功多多

　（吉隆坡1日讯）成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主要板贸易）股权易手，惟始终都在丹斯里陈志远掌控下，显示他不会轻易放走成功多多这头现金牛。
　成功置地频频释股，以期赎回今年8月期满的7.1亿令吉债券，市场普遍认为，成功集团（BJCORP，3395，主要板贸易）尚有能力吸纳股权，不包括其他上市子公司，该公司截至今年1月底估计握有7亿577万令吉现金。

　成功置地是在25日宣布，自去年5月3日至今年4月25日，共售出成功多多1.7%或2277万股，筹获1亿182万1000令吉。

　同时，成功集团也于28日指出，从去年6月25日至28日，已出价3亿256万令吉，收购成功多多5.39%或7212万股，在这一买一卖间，陈志远始终牢牢掌控测字（NFO）业务不放。

The Board of Directors of Berjaya Corporation Berhad (“B-Corporation”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary company, Berjaya Capital Berhad (“BCapital”), has today received a letter from Bank Negara Malaysia dated 5 May 2011, informing BCapital that the Minister of Finance of Malaysia has approved the proposed disposal by BCapital of 40% equity interest in Berjaya Sompo Insurance Berhad (“B-Sompo”) to Sompo Japan Asia Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“SJAH”) (“Proposed Disposal”).

Presently, BCapital holds 70% equity interest in B-Sompo whilst SJAH holds the remaining 30% equity interest. Upon completion of the Proposed Disposal, SJAH will hold a total of 70% equity interest in B-Sompo. B-Sompo will then be an associated company of B-Corporation.

AmInvestment Bank Berhad, a member of AmInvestment Bank Group, is the financial adviser to BCapital.

A detailed announcement will be released soon once the respective parties enter into a definitive agreement on the Proposed Disposal.
