我打电话去samsung service center几次,他们都不知道有这个问题,
我和他们说了我和我老婆的S3都一样有这个问题, 可是他们都不能理解。
一直在说是我的机有问题。一直要我send 我的机去进厂给他们checking.
真是WTF的超级白。。。
me: i call up is to let samsung know the S3 got this problem, hope samsung can check and look on this matter and can fix it.
CSR: sorry sir, in this care , u need to bring u phone to samsung center let our's technical to check u phone 1st. than u can fill up the "customer feedback form" to samsung.
me: i tell u not only my phone have this problem, this matter should be happen on all Galasy S3, cos both phone i buy facing the same problem.

me: y not u check with the S3 at samsung center 1st , see this is only my phone problem or all S3 have this problem.
