英语对话的时候，语法满天飞怎么提高

my grammar is still ok when i use english in writing form

but when i practise conversation with others, my
grammar usually begins to fly everywhere

how can i improve it? as long as i cannot control
the patience of the person whom i am talking to

多听多讲吧？Practise makes perfect嘛。。。
