请问有谁知道bandar saujana putra吗?值不值得投资呢?听说将会有很多的发展叻。

u r saying Saujana Prima? the land is a lombong land if i am not mistaken.. but the good thing is so near t the toll and the commercial area (Saujana Avenue) that is constructing now.. Somemore very near to MAHSA.. easier to rent out.. No.. I bought Royal Ivory 2 from LBS for 549k when it initially launched.. now selling at 619k.. Last sat went to their show unit... they told me one day friday sold off 8 units.. now left around 10 units (i saw the list there.. i think upon completion.. i foresee is 700k la.. (am i too positive?? haha) cos there are many development there and nearby as well..

Oic, but this is out of my budget la, anyway im looking for a terrace house around RM330,000.00 in Saujana Putra. I been told that SP2 project is belong to Talam development and was abandon quite a few years until the project just completed recently (Correct me if im wrong). And I also believe that area is quite potential for investing or own staying as per your analysis. Thank you for sharing.

Then u should aim for subsale with that price... nowadays new project u r v v hard to get that price for landed property... or even condo ^^
I think BSP got potential as well... and with the price for landed property.. hence i bought Royal Ivory 2.. No regret.. BSP Avenue is getting better and better now ^^
