合力 boycott Gold Coast Morib Water Theme Park Resort

几个月前已经订好 (confirm 及钱已经过账) 房间，但是入住前两天才通知 (email) 我没有房间。我当时人已经到 KL，还好我有查 email，连电话也没有打来通知（今天这样的服务态度真的不行了），否则到了那里不止没地方住，还要亏掉车费。

因为不能入住，所以要求退钱，几次 email 给他们，他们答应提起退钱，但是非常失望的到今天（已经快两个月了，今天这样的服务态度真的不行了）都还没有退钱。

在此，为了保护消费者的权益，我恳请大家一起罢去GCM。希望借此机会提醒management，改善的服务态度，使我们这些消费者的权益受到保护，不要因为他们的服务态度影响马来西亚的旅游业。

以下转截我和 GCM 对话的 email 为证。

这间酒店原来是很好的。我在开张时去过。
问题是每个coupon都在帮她卖，那里可能保证quality n service? groupon,living social n many many
告到fully book n poor service.
所以我都不买这coupon

我已经 check 清楚了，不是 coupon service 的问题，是 GCM 的问题。和我对话的是 GCM，跟我道歉的也是 GCM，说会退钱的也是 GCM，到今天还没有退钱的也是 GCM，不是其他人的问题。

事主付了钱，拿到了COUPON，就是去GCM订房。
GCM说做好了事主的预约，确认日期。

突然来个电邮说没有房了。
这样一定有在玩野。应该是有其它人要入住，用了平时价来订房。
就是酱，狠狠去退掉，事主的便宜COUPON。

猜想内幕应该是您讲的这样，所以消费者的权益没有的到保护。

如果要搞大，就要他出钱，让你能找其它同样地方，同样等级的酒店。
可能就是GOLDEN PALM RESORT。

他们做生意的都是酱，有好价，就给其它人了。拿到便宜价的人就被取消。
突然被取消房间。
临时去订其它的同级的酒店，一定是会很贵。
那么这笔账，要如何算。

谢谢关心，已经退款了。

我没有要求延期是因为不是KL 人，加上看到很多不好的 feedback，所以索性要求退款。

其实我也是 13/1 去， 也有收到同样的email. 我马上打电话去讲我已安排一切了，不能改期。其实是有房间的。

通常订了房的日期他们一定有房给你的。

13/1 的房间真的是爆满，可是价钱很值得，现在拿不到了。。。

不过这次事件是GCM的错，为了本身的利益，不管消费者的权益。
