消費意願疲軟 多層次傳銷市場看淡

（吉隆坡7日訊）消費稅落實后消費情緒疲軟，多層次傳銷（MLM）公司業績受牽連，分析師相信未來數月行情將持續疲軟。

合盈證券分析師回應財經週刊《大馬焦點》（Focus Malaysia）詢問時指出，消費稅執行后市場出現的種種反應，預計需到明年才會正常化。

“多層次傳銷產品向來不是日常生活必需品，加上消費意願疲軟，暫時部分傳銷公司銷量還是會放緩，預計明年獲利才會改善。”

報導指出，業務中涉及多層次傳銷的Zhulian機構（ZHULIAN，5131，主要板消費）及安利（AMWAY，6351，主要板貿服）均受影響，尤其是消費稅前后趕買及疲軟的買氣。

相比之下，Zhulian機構要較大馬安利承受更高風險，畢竟前者業務遍及區域，其中包括政治局勢未平的泰國。

不過分析師指出，隨著生活水平提高，消費者縮緊腰包，從純金飾品改買非金飾，Zhulian機構旗下首飾產品仍是成長動力。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡15日讯）速远机构（Zhulian Corp Bhd）截至5月杪的2015财年次季净利劲扬34.3%至1110万令吉，上财年净赚827万令吉。

速远机构向大马交易所报备，归咎于本地市场需求下滑，该公司次季营业额下滑15.8%至5527万令吉，上财年次季营业额报6565万令吉。

同时，速远机构宣布派发每股1.5仙的股息，派息日定于8月27日。

总结2015财年上半年的业绩表现，速远机构合共两季净赚2365万令吉，上财年同期净利报2546万令吉，按年下滑7%，主要原因为营业额走低。

合计两季营业额下跌16.2%至1亿1049万令吉，上财年同期营业额报1亿3180万令吉。

展望未来，速远机构表示，未来市场将持续充满挑战，公司将祭出各项措施来吸引新传销商和留住现有传销商。

“这也包括提高我们的研发新产品的效率，推出更多宣传活动，并提升我们的客户服务素质。”

此外，速远机构也将持续物色商机，藉由推介新产品立足新市场。

“我们也将谨慎乐观看待速远机构2015财年的业绩表现。”

速远机构（基本面：2.7；估值：1.4）今日闭市时平盘收报于2.05令吉，市值为9亿4300万令吉。

该季营业额则减少15.8%，至5526万9000令吉。

上半年净利下跌7%至2365万3000令吉；营业额则报1亿1048万令吉，萎缩16.2%。

行家建议
速远机构上半年的2370万净利符合预期，相等于全年盈利预测的45.1%。

该公司将放眼吸引更多传销商，尤其是有意发展入门成本较低的年轻企业家。

虽然长期能够吸引更多核心经销商，但根据其他多层行销业务（MLM）业者的经验，相信净利短期内会有过渡期影响。

派息1.5仙
第三季營業額受國內市場需求減弱影響，年減11.38%至5千零66萬5千令吉，拖累9個月營業額下滑14.72%至1億6千115萬3千令吉。

該公司董事部建議派發每股1.5仙中期股息，除權和享有日將分別落在10月29日和11月2日。

速遠集團在初步報告中指出，預期未來市場仍充滿挑戰，集團將評估多元措施和機遇，以強化新產品研發、推介促銷活動和強化客戶服務品質等環節，進而確保業務模式仍能吸引新代理，並保留現有代理。

消費情緒待復甦‧速遠機構財測不變

（吉隆坡16日訊）速遠機構（ZHULIAN，5131，主板消費品組）的9個月業績符合預期，分析員考量消費情緒還需時復甦，對其業務展望謹慎，維持財測不變。

消費情緒疲弱導致本地市場需求放緩，令該公司9個月營業額下滑14.7%至1億6千120萬令吉，稅前盈利則因美元走強而上升17.5%至5千280萬令吉。

不過，因較高稅率影響，從去年同期的20.3%增至23.3%，導致淨利成長率收緩至13.1%，至4千零50萬令吉。

該公司9個月淨利符合預期，佔肯納格研究全年預測的77.1%，同時宣佈每股派息1.5仙，促使截至目前為止每股派息4.5仙，符合該行預期。

肯納格研究指出，該公司放眼吸引更多分銷商，尤其是採取小宗商品策略的低成本年輕創投者。

不過，全年淨利在美元升值帶動下，按年上漲54.77%至7千575萬2千令吉。

末季營業額走揚18.36%至6千475萬7千令吉，但仍止不住全年營業額減少7.29%至2億2千591萬令吉。

該公司董事部建議派發每股1.5仙終期股息，除權和享有日分別落在2月15和17日。

該公司首季淨利跌44%至708萬令吉；營業額縮減13%至4816萬令吉，主要因國內和印尼市場需求下降，抵消泰國和緬甸市場較好的營業額表現。

（吉隆坡13日讯）由于营业额及联号公司的盈利贡献下跌，速远机构（Zhulian Corp Bhd）第二季净利跌28.4%。

截至5月31日止的2016财政年次季，净利为790万令吉，或每股1.73仙，上财年同期为1110万令吉，或每股2.41仙。

这家多层行销公司指出，净利下跌也因为350万令吉的离职雇员福利开销。

次季营业额从同期的5527万令吉，跌14.56%至4720万令吉，主要因为本地和印尼市场需求双双下降。这被美元走强所抵销。

2016财年首半年，净利跌36.5%至1500万令吉，或每股3.27仙，同期为2370万令吉，或每股5.14仙；营业额由1亿1050万令吉，跌13.6%至9540万令吉。

该集团宣布，派发每股1.5仙的第二个中期单层股息，将于9月9日支付。除权日是8月10日。

展望未来，速远机构表示，2016年的市况料继续充满挑战，因国内私人消费随消费税（GST）落实及当前宏观经济而下降，打压消费者信心。

该集团还预计，2016年销售主要由出口带动。

2015年成功打入缅甸市场后，该集团决定进军其他印度支那市场，如柬埔寨、寮国和越南。

答：截至2016年2月29日为止第一季，速远机构的净利为707万7千令吉（每股净利为1.54仙），前期净利为1千255万令吉（每股净利为2.73仙）。营业额减少至4千816万4千令吉，前期为5千521万9千令吉。

该公司首季净利减少，主要是受到大马及印尼市场对公司直销消费产品需求下跌所致，惟泰国及缅甸的市场需求较佳，不过未能完全抵销大马及印尼的跌势。

速远3季营收跌13.5%

（吉隆坡12日讯）由于本地与海外市场需求减少，导致速远机构（ZHULIAN，5131，主板消费产品股）首9个月的营业额下跌13.5%，至1亿3939万2000令吉。

这家直销公司首9个月的净利，也按年猛挫47.84%，至2113万3000令吉。

截至8月杪第三季，公司净利按年大跌63.74%，至611万4000令吉，或每股净利1.33仙，远低于上财年同期的1686万1000令吉。

同季营业额则按年跌13.14%，报4401万令吉，上财年同期为5066万5000令吉。

尽管如此，公司仍宣布派发每股1.5仙的中期派息，除权日及享有权益日，分别落在下个月1日和3日。

董事部认为，基于本地市场需求和市场情绪疲软，2016年的市况料充满挑战，预计销售主要将由出口业务推动。

此外，该集团也在评估各种商机，并继续采取谨慎措施，确保改善各类高级产品的研发效率，以进军各类市场的新业务。【e南洋】

Zhulian機構斥百萬購子公司

2016年10月20日
（吉隆坡20日訊）Zhulian機構（ZHULIAN，5131，主要板消費）子公司Zhulian管理私人有限公司，以150萬另吉收購ZBP國際私人有限公司股權。

該公司向馬證交所報備，將以每股1令吉收購ZBP國際150萬股票。完成收購后，ZBP國際將成為Zhulian機構子公司。

目前ZBP國際是一家冬眠公司，未來有意進行直銷服裝首飾和消費產品業務。

同時，上述收購活動通過內部融資，不會影響Zhulian機構截至11月底2016財年的盈利、淨資產或負債率表現。【中国报财经】
