    死胡须佬的股我不想碰了。。
没本事跟没耐心去跟他玩。。
这条水的思维若这么容易给人猜到的话，他不叫老狐理了。。
因cc 到期将近。。我不觉得胡须佬会放生。。
所以可能会死的更残，才断臂逃离。。不见了4-5k

你吃CC都很多粒喔。我也在0.04 cut loss，胡须佬的股只能跟风， 察觉不对路就要退！

    是咯。。。现在我发现我错了。。之前我就是知道5月份会有好消息，所以cc一定会上升的，哪知道有好消息也是不起反跌~~~
那样的话，我当时直接卖掉最多亏50%

Bjocorp确实是有好消息，又发特别股息，又脱售保险业务，公司业绩不错，可是股价就是不上不下，没大起也没大跌！

    我承认我不懂得投资者股票。。。我等业绩出来后，股价上到1.2的价位我就卖了。。我投资不起

PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF 40% STAKE IN BERJAYA SOMPO INSURANCE BERHAD FOR A CASH
CONSIDERATION OF RM496 MILLION
Further to our Announcement dated 9 May 2011, we set out below the additional
information requested by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad vide its letter dated 11 May
2011 :-
1. Effect of the Proposed Disposal on the earnings per share
Based on the Group’s carrying value relating to the 40% equity interest in B-Sompo
of RM256.79 million as at 30 April 2010 and on the assumption that the Proposed
Disposal was completed on 30 April 2010, the Proposed Disposal will result in a gain
of RM233.83 million attributable to BCorporation Group. Accordingly, the resultant
earnings per BCorporation Share is about 5.7 sen*.
* Based on weighted average number of BCorporation Shares in issue (as at 30
April 2010) of about 4.07 billion shares
2. The breakdown of the intended application of the sale proceeds for working capital
The sale proceeds is expected to be utilized as follows:-

# Based on the Group’s average cost of funding of about 7% per annum, the
estimated annual interest savings arising from the repayment of borrowings
is about RM10.5 million.
3. The impact on the Proposed Disposal and BCorporation in the event the
shareholders’ fund of B-Sompo falls below RM376 million
Pursuant to the terms of the SPA, BCapital warrants that the shareholders’ fund of BSompo
is no less than RM376. Million. In the event the shareholders’ fund is below
RM376 million, SJAH may either:-
(i) proceed to complete the Proposed Disposal (without prejudice to SJAH’s
rights under the SPA to seek remedy for such breach); or
(ii) rescind the SPA and require BCapital to pay RM49.6 million (i.e. 10% of the
Consideration) as agreed liquidated damages.
All the terms and expressions in this Announcement shall have the same meanings as in our
Announcement dated 9 May 2011.
This Announcement is dated 12 May 2011.

    身在股海就要经得起风浪，我之前就Cut LOss了CC，共亏RM2.5K。现在，无Call Warrant一身轻，Call Warrant 最好别动。我现在投资在别的股还有Warrant，赚得比较慢，不过，却很安心。唯一怕的是福禄寿凭单。。。
