到底还有价值多少的工程未开工???

到底还有价值多少的工程在竞标???

一项工程能赚多少?10%。。。。15%。。。???

Contents :

WCT Engineering Berhad ("WCT" or "the Company") wishes to announce that on 9 January 2008, it has been awarded an Investment Certificate ("Investment Certificate") by the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to undertake the Platinum Plaza Development Project (“the Project”) on the land measuring approximately 9.0 hectares (approximately 22.2 acres) located in the Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City (“HCMC” or the “City”), Vietnam.

Announcement Details :

Establishment of a New Subsidiary, BSC-WCT Company Limited


Concurrent with the issuance and award of the Investment Certificate, the People’s Committee of HCMC has also approved the establishment of a limited liability company namely, BSC-WCT Company Limited (“BSC-WCT”), a 67%-owned subsidiary of the Company. The remaining 33% equity of BSC-WCT will be held by Minh Thien Construction and Trading Company Limited (“MTC”), a Vietnamese private limited liability company incorporated on 14 March 2002 and carries on construction and trading business activities.

BSC-WCT has an initial chartered capital of USD12.0 million (approximately RM39.6 Million). Its principal business activity is the development of the Project which includes the investment, development, construction, operation and management of a multi-function complex to be developed under the Project together with a comprehensive system for the sale, lease and/or rent for periods permitted under the laws in Vietnam.

Conditions of the Investment Certificate

The following are the main conditions set out in the Investment Certificate:-

(a) The Land Lease or duration of the Project is fifty (50) years from the date of receipt of the Investment Certificate;

(b) The Vietnamese partner, MTC, shall complete the land compensation and clearance within six (6) months from the date of receipt of the Investment Certificate;

(c) BSC-WCT is to complete or obtain the following within nine (9) months from the receipt of the Investment Certificate:-

-All administrative procedures regarding its establishment;
-Approved design;
-Appointment of contractor(s);
-Construction License and Contractor Permit.

(d) BSC-WCT shall complete the construction works under the Project within four (4) years from the completion of land compensation and clearance.

The Platinum Plaza Development Project

Strategic Location

The Project is located at Zone 11A, Binh Hung Commune, Binh Chanh District, New Southern Urban Area of HCMC. It is flanked by the Provincial Road No. 50 which runs in a north-south direction across HCMC and fronts the busy 10-lane Nguyen Van Linh Parkway (also known as the East-West Highway), which leads to the nearby modern township of Phu My Hung and District 1, the central business district of HCMC. Further, it is conveniently connected to the Chinatown area of District 5 located about 4 km away.

The Project site is easily accessible via the existing network of roads and highways. The Nguyen Van Linh Parkway will in the near future connect the Project site to the new Long Thanh International Airport located 40 km east of the site.

Westwards, Nguyen Van Linh Parkway intersects the National Highway No. 1A which provides a convenient connection to the Mekong Delta in the south and the existing Tan Son Nhat International Airport 30 km to the north.

The City has allocated two (2) metro stations to serve the Project and their construction in the near future will further enhance the accessibility and connectivity of the Project site.

Due to its strategic location, the Project is expected to act as the catalyst for the rapid growth planned for the southern part of HCMC which has been identified to be the new administrative, cultural and commercial hub of the City.

Components of the Project

The Project is an integrated development providing retail and wholesome family entertainment amenities and is proposed to be carried out in 3 phases over a period of 4 years after the completion of land compensation and clearance. The Project will comprise a basement car park and a 3-storey elevated car park, a retail and entertainment centre, a multi-purpose hall, a 4-star hotel, a block of SOHO (small office home office) and two (2) blocks of office towers of 22 storeys each. The total gross floor area is approximately 671,960 sq. metres (approximately 7.2 million sq. ft.).

Sources of Funds

WCT will fund its portion of the chartered capital and/or shareholders’ advances in BSC-WCT through internally generated funds and/or bank borrowings.

Financial Effects

The Project will not have any material impact on WCT Group’s earnings or net assets for the current financial year ending 31 December 2008. However, it is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of WCT Group.

Share Capital and Substantial Shareholders’ shareholdings

The Project will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of WCT.

Approval(s) Required

The award of the Investment Certificate for the Project is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of WCT or any government authorities.

Directors' and Major Shareholders' Interest

None of the Directors, major shareholders or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Project.

Statement by the Board of Directors

The Directors of the Company are of the opinion that the Project is in the best interest of the Company.

但我還沒換 因為目前在國外 這一趟回去 就會換了
必竟母股的價錢及福利較好 呵

WCT工程目標價獲上調
(吉隆坡11日訊)WCT工程(WCT,9679,主板建築)獲越南政府批准聯營,長期收益受看好,券商紛上調目標價。
WCT工程今日股價表現亮眼,以揚10仙,報9.15令吉迎市后,直挺北上,盤中漲幅擴大至50仙以上,並晉升入十大上升股榜。

休市時,該股暫挂9.65令吉,揚60仙,半日成交量為217萬9400股。

報導指出,WCT工程獲越南胡志明市委員會頒予投資證書,和當地Mihn Thien建築及貿易公司,成立聯營公司BSC-WCT。

稅前盈利6.7億

上述2公司將共同合作聯營總發展值達7億美元(約22億令吉)的白金廣場(Platinum Plaza)混合型發展計劃。

聯昌證券分析報告指出,預計至少2010年后,上述計劃才開始貢獻公司收益。

但根據30%稅前收益,該計劃可為公司帶來6億7410萬令吉的稅前盈利。

再者,WCT工程尚有總值66億令吉的海內外訂單在手。

納入上述計劃后,該行上調WCT工程重估淨資產值(RNAV),從10.30令吉調漲至11令吉,並維持“跑贏大市”評級。

黃氏星展維克斯證券分析報告則指出,除了白金廣場發展計劃,WCT工程也有信心在08年厎前競獲更多越南合約,並于2010年開始積極貢獻公司產業部。

亞歐美證券則上調WCT工程目標價,從8.70令吉至10.40令吉,維持“買進”投資評級。

閉市時,WCT工程報9.95令吉,揚90仙,全日成交量達529萬1000股。

我有一些关于转换ICPS去母股的问题,希望这里的网友帮忙解答。问题很多,因为第一次转换去母股。



问题1: 请看图。如果有6000 unit的ICPS,nomial value 填多少呢?0.10 或是 600?

问题2: 请看图。需要写我的名字在这儿吗?

问题3: 请看图。在这儿签名吗?

问题4: 信封的收件人是WCT ENGINEERING BERHAD还是ICPS Registrar?

问题5: 寄去哪儿?我从表格里找到的地址如下,是邮寄到这个地址吗?
