出租你现在的屋子lo, if you currently stay at condo.

当没有什么好的地点可以发展，这些新和便宜的地点自然成为焦点，还可以啦其实，适合去bangi kajang putrajaya nilai cyberjaya工作的人，但是想到要走kl-seremban highway 就。。。塞塞塞

大家对bandar seri coalfield和bandar saujana putra有什么看法？除了一个freehold，一个leasehold。。地点和发展，那个比较好？是打算买来长住的。。 |

自住还是看回你自己，因为没有人懂你要什么，工作地点哪里，哪里比较适合你发展。

价格不是太高的新的双层在巴生谷已经不多及这些屋子都是与kl有一断距离的。 |

应该看你比较能接受那个地区，也看你的budget。Denai Alam的屋子已经不便宜，new launching都是semi-d或以上，基本上介于100万到300万。

我最近比较忙，也没有什么时间看屋子，应该在新年后再找。New launching的地点一般非常远了，我应该会看Bukit Rahman Putra的二手屋。毕竟地点比较靠近。 |

如果没有错，我看过。屋子很短，但是3层。本身不是很喜欢它的设计，尤其是3楼的主人房，感觉很浪费空间。这在很里面，距离rahman putra也有一段距离。Rahman Putra比较近。

20X60, 的确比较小间。
就是看到他地点不美，才不考虑，塞着车出来。 |

Oh my god. 24'X75 - 2 Storey Terrace Houses, Aman Putri, Sg Buloh under Golmac selling at RM782k then Elmina 24x79 selling at RM793K is good buy.
