如果是的话那么这个pool旁边因该还会有一个2m x 2m 的pool 吧。。。哈哈

这个游泳到底长多少？宽多少？可不可以叫开发商把泳池建大一点？当初看中这里就是因为有健身房和游泳池，没想到从照片上看，现在变成婴儿池了，如果要建这么小的话，还不如不造，看着还烦心。就只能当泡澡池了。早知道那么小就去买Bukit Indah那里的房子了。管理费还这么贵。 本帖最后由 hahu 于 8-4-2013 10:32 AM 编辑

整个clubhouse就非常敷衍。。。视觉上看来也比video里的来得小。。。对SEC突然完全没欲望了。

您是指那泳池的后方吗？如果是的话，看来空间有限，不会比前方的大吧？

I had asked them since last year and they insist their Sales department has not have anything from Planning department and their management decide not to release. It already don't sound logic to me when it is in construction stage. During this year Lunar New Year period, I had also visited the show House and saw the development of SEC clubhouse, having a overview around the dropoff area where we were ferry from Sale Office, the clubhouse land size used doesn't look "big".. My main concern is why they decided this size to accommodate 300+ household usage? Logically it don't make sense to me also..

应该是没差，SNP里面就有masterplan可以比对了。。
不过showhouse那里放的masterplan只有画住宅的部分，其实foresta右边还有shop lots....

因为management 知道clubhouse是SEC的一大卖点。。所以如果她们给买家知道这个clubhouse其实那么小的话那么肯定会影响销量。她们这样做会严重影响到那边的value， 因为SEC的价钱现在比周围发展高很多了，如果没有X－factor支撑的话那么将来会有价无市。
