Job Responsibilities:

To receive materials and check against PO/MRF and to keep record of all the incoming materials
To make copy of DO/ PO/MRF and pass it to Production. Engineer
Attach the Original DO with PO/MRF and handover to Accounts Dept
To collect and maintain the picking list from individual Production. Engineer based on that to issue the raw materials and keep record of the out-going materials
To monitor the actual usage of materials against the contract quantity and feed back to GM/OM/APM/Contracts� & Accounts Dept
To collect and maintain daily production and delivery records and submit to Accounts dept on weekly basis
