MapleSEA "Black Magician" Fan Art Contest
Dear Maplers,
Have you ever wonder what the evil Black Magician looks like under the cape? Let your imagination run wild and unleash your creativity in this Fan Art contest!
Starting Date : 10th July 2009
Ending Date : 14th August 2009
Prizes
1 Champion and 2 runner-ups will be selected:
Champion Prize: 1 warrior figurine + 1 set of Pirate Class Mousepads
Runner-up Prize: 1 Sketch Book + 1 Memo Pad + 1 PC Decal
• Winners will be notified on prize collection details via their Qbox within 7 days after the event end.
How to participate?
• Submit a fan art of what you think the Black Magician could look like.
• Submitted fan art must be self-created through hand-drawn or digital means and should not be larger than 640×480 pixels. There should NOT be any screenshot edits or tracing of print-outs.
• Your IGN must be stated below the fan art for contact purpose. Otherwise, the participated art work will not be considered.
• All art works must be submitted to the designated forum thread located at MapleSEA PlayPark forum.
• Every participant is allowed to post more than 1 art work. However, only 1 of the participated art works will be selected from each IGN.
Availability
• The contest is opened to all players in Singapore and Malaysia only.
Terms and Conditions
In order to take part in the event, you agree with the terms and conditions hence stated:
• All submitted fan art images must be from original user. Usage of another person’s fan art is not allowed.
• Any artworks found copied from any animations; comics or other sources will not be considered.
• Artworks must not be posted in any other platforms or threads in PlayPark forums and/or otherwise.
• Any unrelated posts would be removed immediately without further warning.
• All artworks created must be appropriate (i.e. no offensive, sexual, abusive representations etc.). Failure to meet these criteria will result in the entry being removed. Participant may also liable to be dealt with according to our User Abuse Policy.
• Winner will have to bring proof of originality if selected (i.e Original pencil drawing or softcopy) for verification purposes.
• All personal details stated in your Asiasoft Passport must be valid. (e.g. National ID and address)
• Winners will be informed with details of the prize collection. Proof of identity will be required during the prize collection.
• Asiasoft Online reserves all rights to use the submitted posts for the purposes of marketing promotions. Artworks may be used according to the absolute discretion of the organizers for the said purpose.

Voice Out Loud! for MapleSEA
Dear Maplers,
We are inviting Maplers to give their thoughts and constructive suggestions for the MapleSEA Community. If you think you have what it takes to be the active voice of MapleSEA, step out and take the lead!
Event Name: Voice Out Loud! for MapleSEA
Starting Date: 7th July 2009
Ending Date: 12th July 2009
Prizes
5 winners will be selected. Each winner will walk away with the following prizes:
• 1 x Porcupine Pet
• 10,000 MaplePoints
Redemption codes for the prizes will be sent to the winners’ Qbox within 7 working days.
How to Participate
• Write an essay of 500 words that comprises of 3 parts:
1) An introduction of yourself.
2) Give a brief description on MapleStory and why you like the game.
3) Your thoughts and suggestions to improve MapleSEA gameplay and community.
• Please include your name, email address, mobile phone number and character IGN for contact records.
• Relevant screenshots may be added to the essay to capture the attention of the judges.
• The essay should be of good grammar and easy to follow.
• Send your essay to events.maple@asiasoftsea.net with email subject “Voice Out Loud!“.
• Shortlisted winners will have their IGN and essays posted up in the forums for a final voting on the 13th and 14th July 2009.
Judging Criteria
• Content – 60%
• Forum voting – 40%
Availability
Contest is open to all Singapore and Malaysia gamers.
Terms and Conditions
Entries that do not follow the rules and regulations will not be eligible for this event:
• All personal details stated in your Asiasoft Passport must be valid. (e.g. national ID and address)
• The essay must be original creations. Plagiarizing of contents is not recommended and nor allowed.
• The essay must be suitably appropriate (i.e. no political, offensive, sexual, abusive representations etc.). Failure to adhere to the rules will result in disqualification.

做任务，去sleepywood sauda房要付钱最贵的，进去后可以接任务了，他说他的小孩拿了他的书，小孩在魔法师2转的那个地图里其中一个树洞过后的忘记了 |

Auto Patch for Window Vista Users
Dear Maplers,
If you are having problems running auto-patch with Window Vista Edition through the desktop shortcut, please download a patcher.exe file from the following link:
Patcher.exe
Please do the following steps after downloading the Patcher.exe:
1. Place the Patcher.exe file into your MapleStory game folder.
2. When prompt to overwrite the existing Patcher.exe file in the MapleStory folder, please click “Ok”.
3. When the NEW Patcher.exe is in place, double click on the MapleStory.exe icon to start your auto patch.
If autopatch is unsuccessful, please kindly visit our website download page at[url]http://maple.asiasoftsea.net/en/download/game_client/#A_patch[/url] to download manual patch.
Note: Users who faced base.wiz or any other .WZ file corruption error are advised to reinstall your full client.

This upcoming patch includes:
Version 0.77
• Implementation of 4th Anniversary Event Quest to be made available for all character jobs including the Knights of Cygnus.
