发股推高成本 JAG第三季转亏823万

（吉隆坡6日讯）JAG公司（JAG，0024，主板工业产品股）截至9月底第三季由盈转亏，亏损823万2000令吉，或每股亏损0.76仙。

上财年同季净赚171万5000令吉，或每股净利0.2仙。

营业额则按年萎缩34.8%，至2023万8000令吉，低于上财年同季的3104万2000令吉，主要是受到商品价格走低的影响。

该公司在文告中指，该季蒙亏归咎于股票发行计划（SIS）导致雇员成本增加，若排除这笔数额，公司仍可净赚85万1000万令吉。

累积首9个月，也转亏至661万4000令吉，上财年同期为净利529万6000令吉。

营业额则按年下挫40.75%，至6088万4000令吉。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡7日讯）JAG公司（JAG，0024，主板工业产品股）建议私下配售最高占10%缴足资本的新股，预计筹资高达1538万令吉。

根据文告，该公司将发出高达15亿3844万58股，或占10%缴足资本的新股，给董事、大股东、管理层和利益相关人士以外的投资者。

假设发售价为每股10仙，预计最多可筹资1538万令吉，当中的550万令吉，将用来收购一块巴生地皮，700万令吉偿还银行贷款，249万8000令吉作为营运资本，其余则支付相关开销。

《星报》引述JAG公司执行主席尼格尔黄（译音）谈话指，该公司已获得相关部门颁发有关该地皮的发展批准。

“这片工业地坐落在双溪毛糯，占地2英亩。我们有意在此地兴建工业厂房单位，并将采取‘先建后售’的模式。”

他认为，房产市场已接近谷底，现在正是进场的时刻，并表示适当时就会做出宣布。

另一方面，JAG公司近期也完成以987万令吉收购巴生3.33英亩的土地。

“我们有意发展该土地，根据预计数据显示，无论从营业额或净利角度来看，该土地都有发展潜能。我们只需获得相关部门批准，就可开始发展。”

他说，JAG公司期望通过房产业务提高盈利。

“尽管公司上两季因大宗商品不景气而蒙受亏损，但是财务上仍然强稳，现金流依然健康，负债率也保持在低水平。”

他补充，今年初大宗商品价格渐渐回升，预计公司核心的回收业务将好转。

多元化盈收来源
JAG涉足产业领域

（吉隆坡3日讯）JAG公司（JAG，0024，创业板）计划将业务多元化至产业发展和投资领域，以扩大营业额来源。

JAG公司今天发出文告，为了减少对现有核心业务的依赖，即再循环和废物处理业务，因此计划多元化业务。

不过该公司也指出，涉及产业发展领域后，仍会持续发展现有业务。而多元化业务的建议，将会在来临的特别股东大会上寻求通过。

执行董事拿督黄淼杰（译音）在文告中提到：“多元化业务至产业领域，能在确保公司扩大收入来源同时，也可能为公司取得替代现有收入来源的机会。”

巴生建店屋公寓

JAG公司在去年8月，以987万令吉收购巴生3.33英亩的土地。该公司建议，将在这块土地兴建综合发展项目，共分三个阶段发展，产品包括店屋、办公楼以及公寓项目。

JAG公司在文告指出，上述综合发展项目将于今年末季动工，发展总值为1亿5500万至1亿7000万令吉，发展盈利料达2000万至3500万令吉。

文告也透露，JAG公司将通过银行贷款以及内部集资，若有必要也将会筹资。

公司也补充，这项发展不会对2017财年的净资产和负债率有任何影响。

JAG公司现有的核心业务，是电子和工业废料进行再循环，处理对象包括铁金和非铁类物件，以及贵金属等。

除了建筑业，该公司在2015年也涉足洗衣服务供应业务，与Bubblelab洗衣服务有限公司，经营24小时营业洗衣店铺。【e南洋】
