哈咯。。你说的都关系到州政府的决策，主要参与人还是州政府，那为什么钱不是州政府管？

地方在州政府的管轄之内，當然州政府的責任難以避免，可是州政府裏面，沒有適合的人（沒有這方面的專家）領導整個喬治市估計保護的大藍圖，所以錢不在州政府手裏。。。
你最好不要跟我說，既然州政府沒有拿那筆錢，就什麽都不用做。。。uncle，要州政府以這個理由對喬治市的古跡什麽都不用做，不用負責的話，那麽我也可以說，喬治市可以脫離檳城？！
給沒有這方面知識的人掌錢，就像渣波兄講的那樣，把錢給胡XX一樣廢。。。 |

以后中央要播款给槟政府，就直接问要搞什么用途，然后给有关方面的中立机构握钱就好。反正槟政府就有关方面 ...

姑且不說think city是否能做到，但事實是州政府裏面沒有人能。。。
古跡保護不是說給錢修復古屋就算數的事情。。。
城市規劃都不會的州政府，古跡保護他們會嗎？！你問問野比...
不要忘記，州議員是政客，不是這方面的專業人士。。。 |

阿莉娜，檳城古跡保護的方式/方法、舊建筑物的維修保養材料、緩沖區的建設、周邊各種條件的配合等等，喵喵聽說過的版本各門各派都不一樣，每個都有他們的道理，其中又有不少是互不相容的。。。
喵喵敢說，要成為檳州古跡的權威，難度很高很高；單單一個種族的文化遺產就足夠讓人研究一生了。喬治市又以多元著名，絕對不是那些政治人物或kekgaogao的NGO下幾個決定就可以解決的。
檳州的古跡保護，很難。
喵喵也不知道該怎么辦，即使外國經驗也很多不適合檳城。。。
不如阿莉娜你的碩士和博士都選這科好嗎？
