HR EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:
Full spectrum of Human Resource functions including recruitment, salary and benefits administration, employee relation and performance management.
Ensure timely recruitment of required employee

To maintain, review and develop HR policies

In charge of monthly payroll computation, CPF submission and tax clearance
Maintain personnel records accurately.
Provide support to Managers in case of disciplinary action
Requirements:
Diploma Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 year of working experience in the related field
Familiar with EPE software an added advantage
Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin
Able to work independently
Well versed with Employment Act and relevant legislations
Able to start work within short notice or immediately
