Working experience and occupation

He started his career as a journalist in 1968. He was a State Assemblyman for Bandar Segamat from 1982 to 1990. He was a Johor State Executive Councilor from 1986 to 1990 before being appointed as Political Secretary to Minister of Transport in 1990. From 1995, he was elected as Member of Parliament for Kulai, Johor for three (3) consecutive terms and in 1999, he served as Deputy Speaker to the House of Representative, Parliament Malaysia until February 2008. The Board of Directors of Ralco (“Board”) wishes to announce that Ralco Plastic Sdn. Bhd. (“RPSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company had entered into the Loan Agreement with Newaction Marketing Sdn. Bhd. (“Newaction”) on 1 October 2024, to accept an interest free loan of RM2,100,000 with a repayment period of 31 December 2027 (“Transaction”). Kindly refer to the attachment for further details.
