Job Responsibility:
a) Provide technical support and troubleshooting of all ICT equipment and AV equipment in iExperience (listed in Annex II), including the network devices and servers in iExperience’s server room; b) Conduct troubleshooting based on FAQ and technical documentations, for equipment provided by the exhibitors at iExperience; c) Co-ordinate and follow-up until closure, with the Contractor’s higher-level technical support or the technical support personnel of iExperience’s service providers and exhibitors; d) Proactively monitor all ICT equipment in iExperience so as to detect potential fault/errors; e) Carry out regular maintenance of all ICT equipment including ensuring virus signatures are updated, if applicable; f) Co-ordinate and manage the deployment of ICT equipment, AV equipment, software, drivers and peripherals owned by the IDA; g) Assist the exhibitors with the configuration of their ICT equipment such that the relevant network resources can be accessed; h) Assist the exhibitors with the configuration of peripherals or any external attached devices so that new devices are able to interoperate with existing hardware; i) Assist the IDA personnel with the acceptance test for new service/ICT equipment deployed by the exhibitors; and j) Document and maintain the ICT and AV infrastructure setup including network configurations and server/systems setup. |
