Sterling Condo Wins MBPJ 2011 Dream Home Award
What?
•Sterling Condominium wins the Special Jury Award for the High Cost Condominium Category (Anugerah Kediaman Idaman 2011, Hadiah Khas Juri, Kategori Pangsapuri Kos Tinggi.) during the 2011 MBPJ Dream Home Award Ceremony.
• A cash prize of RM3000 and a certificate were presented.
• With so many condominiums in Petaling Jaya, MBPJ have divided them into 3 categories: high, medium, and low cost.
• Among 60 condominiums shortlisted, the winner and the Special Jury Award were chosen for each category.
• Evaluation criteria includes design & colour of building, landscape & ambience, and overall management of the condominium.
• Sterling community will not achieve this without the close co-operation and support of all the owners, residents and the management team. Together, we will make this lovely home a great place to live in!
When?
•The award is presented to Sterling Condo JMC on 8th Jul, 2011 in a ceremony in Dewan Civic |

到過PJ Sterling 幾次
朋友住在那裏
對那裏的感覺很好
而且Visitor的Car park 超多的!
保安的系統也很完善
難怪會獲得最佳Condo

到過PJ Sterling 幾次
朋友住在那裏
對那裏的感覺很好
而且Visitor的Car park 超多的!
保安的系統也很完 ...
