如果這股是大股東做庄的話，那麼唯一要讓股票上漲的方法~
這股希望大致上如~

股票在合併 10變1。因為票數過多~
10變1 之後，再發附加股送wa。
10變1 之後，送wa給小股東，未來轉成母股，而變成資金~

三家合併後的股票盈利戶口是否還存在 ? (有人知嗎 ? ) 有的話，最好不過了，沒的話，那大家自保了~

老板本身已經累集了差不多 20%的股份了。
到現在為止，也看不出公司有任何新動向，只看到老板自已收票而已。

去年五月尾上市到現今為止，也差二個月就一年了。
看來如果沒有分股息的話，大家應該也可 ...........
棕油方面也要到明年的才會知道是否會落實氣油加棕油，如果落實的話，大馬棕油就有明天，如果無法落實的話，大馬的棕油會是一大考驗，因為在印尼有主要對手，也是早期大馬的紅人，現今中國完全靠他那一方面，所以明年無法落實氣油加棕油的話，這門行業肯定會沒賺頭了。

如果是如此的話，大股東這方面收購棕油地來講，肯定無法落實，因為沒錢賺的話，也有其它股東不同意，所以公司未來的發展也難有作為。

連他自已也上市之前講過，不從市埸累集股票，應該是超底了股價，如果公司沒有利益的話，也不會收到 20%的股份了。

不過為何 rm 0.070的票很多一下，一下就放千多張出來，每一次超過一定數目，又被吃票，所以應該不久會有所動作了。

一般老板自已收票，股價一定會起，但是這股卻不起，看來投資這股的股友要耐心等下去了，呵呵~

目的是什麼，收夠了，他自已的公司，要放好消息也由他作主吧~
股票戶口在三家合併後是否存在，有人知嗎 ?

現在賣方排出一萬宗出來，這種排法，看來又是讓小股東看了沒力氣了 ~
下個月尾也就合併的第一年了，好快，一下又要到一年了，股價卻完全只跌不起~

放銀行一年有利息可拿，放這股一年卻沒利息可拿，真是好慘了

Description	GLOBALTEC FORMATION BERHAD (formerly known as Temasek Formation Berhad) ("GFB" OR "THE COMPANY") STRIKE OFF OF A SUBSIDIARY (“STRIKE-OFF”)
On behalf of the Board of Directors of GFB, we wish to announce that we have on 1 April 2013 received a letter from the Companies Commission of Malaysia dated 15 March 2013 informing that Custom Tooling (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“CTM”), a wholly owned subsidiary have been struck-off from the Register of the Companies Commission of Malaysia pursuant to the powers conferred under Section 308 of the Companies Act, 1965 with effect from 15 February 2013. CTM was incorporated in Malaysia on 23 December 1993 and was prinicpally engaged in the manufacturing and fabircation of tools, dies, moulds and high precision engineering plastics. It ceased operations in 2004 and has been dormant to this date. The authorised share capital of CTM is RM1,000,000 comprising 1,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of which 500,005 ordinary shares have been issued and fully paid-up. The Strike-Off is part of GFB’s rationalisation exercise to improve efficiency within the GFB Group of Companies (“GFB Group”). In addition, the Strike-Off will enable GFB Group to save future costs associated with maintaining CTM. The Strike-Off is not expected to result in any gain or loss or have any significant effect on the earnings or net tangible assets per share of GFB Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2013. The Strike-Off will also not have any operational impact on GFB and its group of companies. This announcement is dated 1 April 2013.
