如果在公共市场卖出－－当然很大可能在基金经理或者散户手上－－别忘记可以场外交易－－比如私下卖给其他商业伙伴－－或者原有的其他大股东

2位板主是暗暗的高手中的高手。
2千多隻股，要看完圖表真是一件好難的事情，如果一難股價，一年一直停留在那一個價位不動，而且最近又活躍的話，此股一但很得先機，肯定一飛沖天，只不過只差一個耐心而已。

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Malaysia's mobile phone firm DiGi <DSOM.KL> and state-controlled telecoms firm Time dotCom <TCOM.KL> suspended their shares on Monday, raising speculation that Norwegian telecom group Telenor had found a buyer for part of its stake in DiGi.
"The company intends to make a material announcement in relation to a corporate exercise involving DiGi and TIME dotCom Bhd...," DiGi said in a brief statement.
Telenor <TEL.OL> must reduce its 61 percent stake in DiGi, Malaysia's smallest mobile phone company, to below 50 percent by the end of this year to comply with a cap on foreigners owning more than 50 percent of telecoms firms. Telenor had been given a temporary exemption from the ban.
Telenor Asia spokesman Esben Tuman declined to comment whether a deal had been reached, saying the Norwegian firm would stick to its agreement with the Malaysian government that it would sell down its stake in DiGi to 49 percent.
"There has been speculation that Khazanah is buying the 12 percent stake from Telenor and inject it into Time dotCom," said an analyst with a local brokerage.
A 12 percent stake in DiGi is worth 2.1 billion ringgit ($628.9 million) at the current market price.
Officials from DiGi and state inestment arm Khazanah Nasional, which owns 30 percent of Time dotCom, declined to comment while Time dotCom Managing Director Baharum Salleh said he did not know the nature of the announcement.
Shares in DiGi and TIME dotCom were halted from trade until Tuesday, pending the announcement from DiGi.
TIME dotCom won one of two 3G licences auctioned by the government last year. DiGi failed in that auction to secure a licence. It also failed in another spectrum auction in March to secure a licence to run WIMAX services.
Shares in TIME dotCom, which also has a fibre-optic network, were last traded at 0.87 ringgit. DiGi shares were last traded at 23.60 ringgit.

又有谁会是这批股票的买家呢？DIGI？

Contents :

1. INTRODUCTION

We refer to the previous announcement made by the Company on 30 October 2007.

The Company wishes to announce that it has further disposed of a total of 51,631,500 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each ("Shares") in TIME dotCom Berhad ("TdC") in the open market from 1 to 15 November 2007 for a total net consideration of RM48.04 million ("Current Transaction").

Pursuant to theCurrent Transaction and the Earlier Transaction as set out in the announcementdated 30 October 2007, the Company had disposed of a total of  216,054,600 TdC Shares in the open market for a total net consideration of RM208.16 million ("Disposal Transaction").

2. DETAILS OF THE DISPOSAL TRANSACTION

The 216,054,600 TdC Shares disposed by the Company were the shares currently pledged as security for repayment of the Term Loan Facility of a Development Bank. The Disposal Transaction was undertaken by the Company as agent for the Development Bank for the purpose of securing the repayment of the amounts due to the Development Bank under the Term Loan. The proceeds of the Disposal Transaction belong solely to the Development Bank.

Pursuant to the Disposal Transaction, the Company's shareholding in TdC has reduced to 31.33%.

读了这个礼拜的 THE EDGE，里头有关于 DIGI 与 TIMECOM 这次的交易。
让我更加确定 TIMECOM 的重组计划不会就此而罢。。。。慢慢来吧！

(TM 也是其中一位有潜能收购或与TIMECOM合作的 GLC 公司)也许吧！！

如果大股东-国库控股(Khazanah)及时光工程(TIME)所出的票是給他們自已在外開的私人公司，那這樣子，人人以為他們是笨蛋，到最後原來是国库控股(Khazanah)及时光工程(TIME)的小股東變成了水魚了。
