The Board of Directors of PCCS wishes to announce that PCCS Garments (Suzhou) Ltd (“SGL”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PCCS, had on 3 September 2019, entered into a Share Sale Agreement (“the Agreement”) with Mr. Shi Xiaoqun (“the Vendor”) for the purpose of acquisition of 51% of the equity interest of Shandong Yisite Garment Ltd (“Shandong Ltd”) with a registered capital of RMB5,000,000/- (Renminbi: Five Million only) for total consideration of RMB2,550,000/- (Renminbi: Two Million and Five Hundred and Fifty Thousand only). Upon completion of the Acquisition, Shandong Ltd will become a 51%-owned sub-subsidiary of PCCS and Shandong Ltd will be changing its name to PCCS Garments (Shandong) Ltd.
