我还没有去看show house，不过上网看了floor plan就感受到你们所说的空间还有那个yard的问题了..

我也有同感， 也在网上看了Aurora 的floor plan, 的确Mercury floor plan 不是很理想，yard 不该从房间4 出去， 这是一个很基本的设计，为什么设计师会出错？ Store room 和楼梯也很浪费空间。感觉Mercury 最实际 |

I went to the sales gallery this evening and told the sales staff (Miss Bell) of my concern and request to see the sales manager. She said she will ask the sales manager to call me tomorrow morning. I will update you all. I also wonder why where is no vanity top for our master bath. |

Eco world 的开放了吗？
我也去看了，比起foresta真的是小很多.......... 放弃bamboo果然是错的选择。。。
但是不错过也错过了，之后花心思在装修上吧. |

The Sales manager called me this morning. The following are few issues I feedback:
1. stair to 2nd floor common room. She said this will hv to get authority approval;
2. Washing machine position. Kitchen is too small, best to relocate to the yard;
3. The height of the master balcony grille. This one she need to check is it due to authority requirement;
4. Master Bath does not have vanity top;
5. Door colour. Dark Brown with no design.
The manager said today their planning dept people will go to the show house to see. I will follow up with the manager next week. |

但如果比起Austin的condo它算是空间比较大价格也比较ok的对吗？
昨天看了showroom感觉还不错。
他们说剩下来的多数是Loan rejected的，不知道可信度多少...但剩下的也只有几间而已...
