果然和我说的一模一样，这个不合理的促销终于被禁止了

这样也好，真正有实力的留下来，房价不会乱乱起，也不会随便泡沫，租金市场也比较健康了！

medini没有外国人最低1m购买价的限制，也没有土著quota
现在是行政区，未来预计是金融区、游艇区

1. The Strata Management Act 2013 required the developers to hand over the Strata Titles to the purchaser as soon as they hand over the keys;
2. Owners who did not pay their maintenance fees will fine for RM5000 which compared to RM500 in the past.

Zone A refers to the existing JB city. Zone B refers to Nusajaya, its finanacial centre will be located at Medini, somewhere near to LegoLand. The project comprises a 25-storey freehold commercial building with 319 units of self-contained offices, retail space and a six-storey car park podium.

Construction of Austin 18 is expected to commence early next year and slated for completion in 2017.

Austin 18 property sits on a total gross land area of about 1.50 acres (about 65,340 square feet) in Mount Austin in Johor Baharu.

管理费的新措施，虽然是好的，可是会不会被利用来起管理费？
毕竟头1-2年是发展商管理的

没错。。。nusajaya也是。。。除了旅游，医药，教育，工业，港口， 也有金融的。。。。算是所有旗舰重点发展区里。。。最全面的。。。。

基本上只是建好后第一年。。。。和建筑期间。。之后就是居民自组committee...
