RM500 deposit 如果当天不买可以直接拿回支票。算是发展商请有兴趣的投资的人来看看实际地点，这个条件很多发展商基本上都不愿意做的。 |

package 刚刚拿到，如下：-
10% rebate
DIBS (3年建筑期无利息）
Low Booking Fees (RM5000, 2 loan reject letter fully refund)
FREE loan agreement
FREE SPA
Freehold
Fully Furnish
也就是说如果loan approve你基本上是不用出钱。booking fees会在 1st construction draw down.
可以投资吗？ |
