我住在taman tasik indah 那边，每天都会走他们做的天桥回家。700 多Sqf 是SOHO对吗？
这个是under residential title 还是 commercial tittle？ 99 年 LS? 谢谢你们的意见 |

This project not consider SOHO...is suite... Land commercial but is under residential title..
They just got the AP/DL recently... Buyer prepare the documents and apply loan..
I believe they will start to work soon,.. |

I go for the banks that can give 90% loan..
Hong Leong, Am, OCBC, HSBC, CIMB, PBB
Heard that HLB just get their approved on EF.... So, they can know the result..
And the earth work wiill begn on end of July... |

Can i know which 12 banks are panel bank for this constrution?
I tried PBB, OCBC non of them are panel bank!! |

I thibnk most of them already become official Panel Bank.. Like HLB, OCBC, CIMB and AM..
FYI, HSBC verbally approved 90% and AMbank confirmed 90% for me... Now waiting OCBC feedback..
HLB max 85% loan only... |

Actually i quite confuse with their so called panel bank zz
Due to I had summited my loan to PBB & OCBC, and i failed to get loan as the banks told me, their r not panel bank.
Then, when i reffer back to my sales person, they gave me another contact from PBB & OCBC, then i have to resummit my application and now im waiting for the result.
Just curious, i tot panel bank means any banks can work out with the loan part? |

some of the developer only tie with certain branch... But actually panel bank you can try submit to any branch.. But for me, safer bet i submit back to the bankers list provided by Developer..
As i knw, PBB is not the panel bank yet.. HSBC still in stage to become the panel bank..but result quite positive.. HLB, CIMB and OCBC is panel banks dy... Ambank also apporved me 90% means they are panel bank also.. So, you may try this few banks la..
No doubt, they way developer manage things is quite confuse and not organized... |
