併購消息效應‧多美控股有望重估

（吉隆坡18日訊）受惠於行業收購消息的效應，多美控股（TOMYPAK，7285，主板工業產品組）近期股價走高，分析員認為該股估值偏低，有望獲重新評級。

肯納格研究指出，最近森德綜合（SCIENTX，4731，主板工業產品組）收購長城塑膠（GWPLAST，5182，主板工業產品組），收購價相等於11倍本益比，估值合理，引起市場對軟性包裝領域的購興。

為應付內部及顧客需求增長，多美控股將持續投資和升級設備，2012財政年已投入1千200萬令吉增加產能，從1千公噸增至16萬公噸。

“明年料投資900萬令吉於打印和層壓機器，增約0.6%產能，料有助應付新加坡市場的需求增長。＂

今年9個月業績符合預期，產品組合高利潤帶動淨利按年上揚45%，近期又新增2個新加坡顧客，料提振2013財政年銷售2至3%。

該行表示，多美控股每季都派息，近期開始實行40%派息政策，截至目前為止，派息額為5.5仙。

“根據2012和2013財政年每股盈利16.1仙和18.6仙預測，該公司每股將派息6.9仙和7.9仙，相等於5.7%和6.6%派息率。＂

該行維持財測和派息率不變，加上6.6%股息吸引力，給予“買進＂評級，目標價1令吉30仙。（星洲日報／財經）

多美包装（Tomypak，7285，主板工业产品股）的厂房设在柔佛新山淡杯工业区，它是我国第二大伸缩性包装材料生产商，市场份额约占本地市场约20至25%。

多美包装是在1979年成立，1996年上市大马股票交易所次板，并在2009年8月转入主板。

多美包装占90%的销售额，来自餐饮包装。该公司所包装的产品范围包括零食（玉米、面粉、花生等）、轻便食品（快熟面）、糕饼类（饼干、蛋糕）、饮料（咖啡、茶、可可、粉状饮品）、调味料（咖喱粉、酱料、香料等）、家居品（洗发水、洗涤剂、肥皂）和宠物食品。

其中，餐饮领域贡献了该公司约80至90%的营业额。雀巢（Nestle）、卡夫（Kraft）、联合利华（Unilever）、合成（HupSeng）、妈咪大宝达（Mamee）、阿波罗食品（Apollo Food）是其部分主要客户。

多美包装的系列产品，可以被归类为高入行门槛的包装材料，这些高密度不透风的包装材料，是提供给零食、快熟面、糖果、季节、家庭产品和宠物食品包装之用。

它的表现超越综指以及小资本指数。按年计算，多美包装的股价表现，分别较综指和小资本股指数高出11%和23%。

多美包装的收入来源，大部是来自具有抗跌能力的餐饮领域。此外，可能出现的并购活动，也会持续吸引投资者的注意。

更甚的是，多美包装于2013至2014财年，也获得吸引人的6.5至7%周息率的支撑。由于它的核心客户是来自具有抗跌力的餐饮领域，所以全国大选的风险不会对它构成太大的威胁。

料获市场上修
随着森德综合（Scientx，4731，主板工业产品股）建议以2013财年11倍的良好价格，收购长城塑胶之后，市场开始对包装领域有兴趣。

所以，多美包装可能会获得市场上修，它目前是在2013财年6.5倍本益比水平交易，较其最接近的同侪———耐慕志（Daiboci，8125，主板工业产品股）折价34%，即使它具有更佳的股本回酬率和周息率，分别比耐慕志高13.6%和16.2%。

拓新海外市场
多美包装开拓新的海外市场。

前，出口为该公司营收贡献约50%。现有出口市场包装菲律、澳洲以及甚至南非。

多美包装看好今年的展望，主要推动力来自现有客户的内部成长，以及市场对高品质包装产品的需求增加（与铝薄片比较，伸缩性包装材料更节省成本）。长期而言，该公司正计划进军新的市场，而这计划也获得跨国公司的支持。

增设新产能支持成长。根据肯纳格证券行表示，多美包装持续投资和提升机械，以应对不断增长的需求，这主要是因为获得内部需求增长以及客户群增加所推动。

到目前为止，该集团于2012财年已经投资1200万令吉，以将产能提升1000公吨至1万6000公吨。

另一方面，2013年也计划投资另外900万令吉，提升印刷机械和层压机械，这将这方面的产能提升约6%。这项合理的年度扩张计划，也协助它应该需求不断增长的新加坡市场。

首9个月净利飙46%
2012财年首9个月业绩表现强劲。根据联昌国际证券行表示，多美包装在2012财年首9个月业绩中，净利按年飙涨45.7%，主要是归功于更低的原料成本所贡献。

在2011年，伸缩性包装材料行业受原料成本大幅上涨影响。当时，这些原料价格在短短几个月内飚涨超过50%，主要是受到行业供应链受到干扰的影响。

40%盈利将派息
在这样的情况下，多美包装必须吸收原料价格飚涨的成本。不过，原料介格在去年底恢复正常，这使得多美包装的赚幅反弹。

采取最低40%盈利充作派息用途的政策。该公司最近采取一项利息政策，即将每年盈利的40%充作派息的用途。到目前为止，该公司已经每个季度都派息。

2012财年第三季，它宣布派发每股2仙的净股息，这使到至今为止的总股息为每股5.5仙。

多美缺乏重估催化剂

（吉隆坡8日讯）多美控股（TOMYPAK，7285，主板工业股）股价近期內缺乏新的利好因素，加上攀至1.30令吉目標价格的动力有限，分析员建议投资者现在套利。        

多美控股2012財政年共1720万令吉的净利，符合肯南嘉研究分析员的预期。该公司2012財政年净利成长51.3%，主要由较佳的销售组合及较低的生產成本所推动。

另外，其2012財政年的凈赚幅亦达8.0%，去年为5.4%。多美控股宣佈派发每股2仙的终期股息，除权日期为2013年3月14日，將2012財政年的每股股息推高至7.5仙，周息率为6%。

包装领域业者，包括多美控股在內，都在森德有限公司（SCIENTX，4731，主板工业股）於2012年11月份收购了长城塑胶工业（GWPLAST，5182，主板工业股）后，获得重估。

然而，分析员预计该领域在2013年的表现料较逊色，因缺乏一个新鲜的催化剂。同时，分析员相信收购与併购（M&A）活动在2013年发生的可能性或將减少。

该股股价在分析员於2012年10月份进行推荐后，即上扬了16.4%。

有鉴於该股缺乏价格催化剂，加上攀至1.30令吉目標价格的上涨动力有限，分析员相信，现在乃是重申决定的时机。

然而，弱点则是其净利组合將起伏不定。

分析员表示，进军新市场，特別是新兴市场，如越南及印尼的餐饮业，是多美控股的机会。倘若新兴市场的餐饮包装標准改善，弹性包装的需求將扬升，因此分析员认为新兴市场的新商机无限。

答：
多美包装（Tomypak，7285，主板工业产品股）在近期宣布业绩，2012财年取得1720万令吉净利，符合我们（1760万令吉）与市场（1730万令吉）的预测。

2012财年净利按年增长了51.3%，归功于更加理想的销售组合，以及生产成本下降。因此，该公司的净赚幅也从一年前的5.4%，上扬至8.0%。

此外，该公司在第四季也宣布派发每股2仙股息，使2012财年全年的股息达到7.5仙，相等于6%周息率。

当森德综合（Scientx，4731，主板工业产品股）在2012年11月收购长城塑胶（GW Plast，5182，主板工业产品股）子公司———长城塑胶工业公司（GW Plastic）和长城包装私人有限公司（GW Packaging）后，包装领域的估值都被激励。

尽管如此，我们认为包装领域在2013年不会有太多激励人心的消息，主要是因为缺乏新鲜的催化剂。

此外，我们也认为今年不大可能会有并购活动。

短期无利好

自从我们在2012年10月推荐多美包装后，该公司的股价至今已攀升了16.4%左后，我们觉得目前也许是检讨评级的时候，因为在短期里缺乏催化剂。
此外，比起我们的目标价格1.30令吉，目前也没什么上涨空间。

在1.28令吉的市价水平，意味着该股处于6.9倍的本益比，符合小型资本股7.0倍的水平。

因此，我们目前建议投资者趁机套利，一旦有新的股价催化剂出现，我们将会再次检讨该股的评级。

多美包装是国内领先的伸缩包装材料生产商之一，通过旗下子公司，生产和经销塑料包装材料、聚乙烯、聚丙烯薄膜和板材，以及热成型板材。

其中，集团所生产的包装产品范围，包括零食、轻便食品、糕饼类、饮料、调味料、家居品和宠物食品。

目前，该公司90%的产品，是提供给饮食业者。
