还要算上各种费用。。。。所以产业要升值倒一定的margin才能有办法赚。。。。
你的SEC该不会也是要卖的吧?

yes. minus all kos like loan interest you pay banmk also. and can less 10k rm extemption. and if like you apply for exmtempt for 1 time in your whole life.
but why? you buy to live in, no?

yah rgpt is SPA price. not diskaun price.
sell price-SPA price - all kos stem duty, loan interest = profit.
then profit - less 10k exdtemption.= taxable profit.

哦。。。这样的话,setxx的project转卖应该还不错。。。因为downpayment还不到SNP价钱的1%.....然后就算转卖当初SNP的价钱。。。都没有tax...... |

有些人是半投资者,首先拿来自住,可是不排除以后卖掉
或者本来想自住,profit太好所以卖掉

oh! sad. i have see some peepel new haus , new from developer, developer give plater celing, is nice.
如果给 "platerceileng'"..更好...我们的房子贵,实达应该给
