各位有兴趣的朋友，与其看网站/论坛介绍，不如亲身去看看show house，还有那里的公园
虽然show house是第一期的“木材”,不过其实也是差不多和现在卖的一样
亲身感受，喜欢就买，就那么简单 |

taman molek也算旧区了...
txmxn mxlek或pxnderxsa, 回家在pxndan interchange肯定要塞。。。 而且还要在lorenzo之前的u turn。。。。 而且molxk那段txbrau highway也是时常塞的...

新的aurora其实用料比较没有那么好

last year still not early enough, 2011 is the best when they launched the cheapest price @ RM500k+

ya,good news!
Close but not too close is a huge bonus, who knows the SEC owner may work in those commercial industry in 1 day?
This will boost the value of SEC in terms of investment as well.
Just wonder will EcoWorld new residential housing area more "high class" than SEC?
I wish SEC is still the king of Tebrau

salesperson from where? Eco World? Are they really building residential houses in tebrau? and which part? |

setia saleparson say . hope is 100% true saying. but confirm ecowold have buy 600 ekar of land , is up from SEC / jp perdana ,, they buy it from the drb hicom glemmary. you know the glemmary ?

king or prince or princess is ok. if SEC king of tebrau, mean all haus like jp perdana around it.. also i no like. better if nice haus is build there.
ecowold nice haus, gelmmary drb hicom nice haus. is good. area become pretty, many tree, water, . then more bisnes like mcdonel, bank, subway, paparich or more. is nice for future staying

如果是SEC以上的地。。。以后应该有direct exit从那里去desaru highway....

From Senai at that time, saw a police car blocking an E-cls and Alphard. The rest r "kepo", all slow down to 看热闹咯. Lucky I'm from diff direction.
