question: now to paint. VP get key is next year. so the house paint when get key is > 1 year old??

Hi Buyer, Is anyone can tell me Y every time when we talking abt Cascadia house, property agent will react like this.... "WOW"!!
What make Cascadia so diff!!? I aspect the "wow" if we talking abt a banglo, semi-D, or Villa...

if lets say....the paint was fadeout when vp, i think we can ask setia to repaint it since it is under warranty period and paint fadeout is consider kind of defect ?

haha... for sure any paint for 1 year have black fungas from rain etc. so everyone colleck key ask setia paint again? they will do ?

Actually I'm not really know the property market. (外行人）I just simply ask where to buy a house around Tebrau, JJ area. I prefer this area. But when I ask abt Cascadia, their reaction is always start with a "wow", and turn their eye sooooo big!? Tats y I'm curious, is Cascadia a good and Golden place to live? What make it so diff and breathtaking. Since all of u r future resident, can u tell me? Appreciated, thx!

其实以目前市场上发展商起的屋来说，它的用料已经算是中上了，至于价钱，其实你仔细的计算过后，并没有周围的发展贵上多少，以风水来说，目前还没开始住人所以没办法comment，如果是以规划和地点来说的话，那cascadia在tebrua area算是number one

Em~ 感觉上cascadia就是很多人梦寐以求的住宅区。
那要是和permas的那个compare的话，permas感觉比较hign end不是吗？
