what u mean r short selling..short selling already being band since 1987...just selected counter r allow to do short selling...u hv to register future account.. |

Announcement Details/Table Section :
Referring to our announcement yesterday on the article entitled “Bina Puri injecting power concessions into OMedia” which appeared in The Edge on Monday, 9 May 2011, the Board would like to inform that discussions are still taking place between the parties concerned. We are unable to confirm the contents of the said article at this point in time because the terms of the reverse takeover (RTO) have not been finalised and are still subject to further negotiations.
Pursuant to our announcement on 22 April 2011 regarding our proposal to extend the period to execute the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) to 22 June 2011 which was duly accepted by Bina Puri Holdings Berhad, the Board envisage the execution of the SPA by then and will provide full details of the RTO.
This announcement is dated 10 May 2011. |
