中国广洲，我也看到有很多Cari网友都去淘宝，但却又看不到买物的品质，所以才有这提议.
运输不是问题，我的公司至少每两个月进一次货.

我买Goodview heights 完全不是预料中的事，买的时候也是冲冲忙忙酱就买的。
家具还没买，但是有在东看看，西看看。
Kitchen cabinet 现在也还没决定。只是订了Janus 牌的security door, 一前一后。
budget 很紧。我也不追求什么装修有几美几华丽，但基本的还是走不了。只是后面Yard那边我是很想把加几个窗然后它封上去，然后按个保安门。
我有去 sg.long palmwalk (设计大同小异) 那边看看那些屋主怎样弄 (封掉后面那空间)。。 |

基本上的费用是吃,住,飞机票. 广州什么都有．LZ可以大慨列出想要买的东西然后去淘宝比较一下，同样货品有不同等级，所以最好亲自跑一趟

我也跟你一样丛丛忙忙的买，我也是看路边的牌在去看showroom然后再买的。。我也是但是把后面的yard封起来，然后放窗口。

我已经把我家的 floor plan 交给一家装修公司，还在等着他们的ID回复。等他们回复后才和你分享。

I have sent my house floor plan to a renovation company, now still waiting for their ID consultation and budgeted renovation cost. When i received their reply i share with you.

the other forum i join was useless, mostly the war between semenyih ecomejestic project vs goodview heights, did not have any useful information only talk bad things
cari forum goodview heights was better. later when im home will upload more pictures

yes LYN la~ a forummer name bmw something, everyone is talking bad about him for some reason until whole forum thread argue non stop with him and nothing related to goodview heights. imagine 30+ pages all about this guy
eh did you guys notice living room doesnt have "fan hook" ? air cond only?

我以前(十多年前)是住semenyih 的, 想起来那时候,TRAFFIC 已经一团糟,
和现在比, 现在的TRAFFIC简直是一败涂地. 就算是有 LEKAS 也帮不了多少.
问题是那边里面那些路还是很窄. 如果是买那边,和在附近工作那OK la..
不是讲要得罪人BUT SORRY to say that 不好意思讲一声 "人的MENTALITY还是一样".

traffic jam very bad from goodview to another area?
my company just take 8-7min to arrive, but going back isnt really good, need 20minutes because need to uturn

讲真的我是ecohill 的subcon那边的屋子，其实我也不是很喜欢，还有semenyih那天路吐血，我五点放工要进去semenyih根本就塞到半命，还有lekas那个entrance都塞啊。。我本身也是做建筑的。。所以会自己装修回自己的屋子
