windows 8.0和windows 8.1 oem product key的疑问

至各位网友们，请问windows 8.0 / windows 8.1 oem版的product key能从旧的pc转移到另外一台pc, activate激活windows 吗？还是说oem product key 一开始一激活在那台pc, 它就捆绑在那台pc motherboard, 不可以transfer转移去别的pc? 如果换motherboard或者motherboard坏，就什么也不能做？先谢谢大家的帮忙... |

严格来说OEM的Key就只能在那架电脑用，参考MS的FAQ：
Q. My customer bought a new PC and wants to move the OEM software from the old PC to the new one. Can't users do whatever they want with their software?
A. No, the OEM software is licensed with the computer system on which it was originally installed and is tied to that original machine. OEM licenses are single-use licenses that cannot be installed on more than one computer system, even if the original machine is no longer in use. The Microsoft Software License Terms, which the end user must accept before using the software, state that the license may not be shared, transferred to, or used concurrently on different computers. System builders must provide end-user support for the Windows license on computers they build, but cannot support licenses on computers they didn’t build. This is a fundamental reason why an OEM System Builder License can't be transferred.

主板坏的话需要重新激活Windows的话有可能需要打电话。
顺便带过：Win8的电脑已经没有COA贴纸，要找回OEM SN的话得用第三方软件从BIOS提取。。。 |

谢谢各位网友的意见，我想解释一下，这里指的oem是在电脑店买的白色盒子的windows 8/ windows 8.1,然后装在pc上。 如果laptop的是肯定不能转移product key去别的laptop... 我头痛的是，看过几个网站，有的说win 7oem product key不可以转移去别的电脑，win8可以，win8.1就不可以，看到几个版本的答案，看到我也眼花+头晕了....这样说买oem的不就很吃亏？另外如果win8/win8.1因为motherboard坏换板，或者从旧pc升级去新pc, 那么那win8/win8.1 cd和key不就白费，不能转移？还是说call microsoft时，需要说什么？有什么灰色地带要留意吗？再一次麻烦各位网友们的帮忙，感恩 |

Windows 8 和 Windows 8.1 的KEY 可以共用的。
方法就是安装win8.1 的时候，先用generic key安装，到windows了用CMD 的SLMGR -ipk （之前win8的key）
如果要转移去另外一架的话，你可以用打电话方法电脑回复激活，如果还不可以要接通客服的话，
你就说这个主板拿去warranty了，回来了装下去叫我激活。《-这个我试过可以，最多它只是要我的product key而已 本帖最后由 delaciox 于 24-9-2014 06:01 PM 编辑

谢谢你，oh?还有这样一会事？win8 和win8.1 key可以共用？哈.... 暂时不说共享同样的key....关键是在product key transfer去别的电脑.... 拨电话过去microsoft 请他们activate? 身边有朋友的case因为用win 7 oem, motherboard 坏，另外一个朋友帮忙拨电话去microsoft, 却被告知不可以activate 或transfer, windows 8 oem或windows 8.1oem会有这样问题吗？再一次麻烦你了

OEM的就是绑死你的主机的，是不能转装去别的电脑。。。
在店里买的多为Retail Pack，原理上只能装在一架电脑，但还是有办法将它从一架电脑转去另一架。。。
至于OEM Windows 8的product key是存入母板的，所以不能转去别的电脑来用。。。 |

你不要说tranfer去，你说拿去warranty回来，装下去进windows叫我reactivation
