想把名字从房产中撤出。

这个房产和贷款的名是我和老婆的名，目前还在供，还没供完。如果想把自己的名字从房产和贷款中撤出，需要大量费用吗？麻不麻烦？

听你这么一说，才想到真的接近。

不过买了屋子，几时才可以refinance？

看你得loan agreement 的lock period是几时咯
到时refinance也要看你的老婆有没有能力贷款，费用就好像当初买屋子的律师费吧。。

only way , refinance .. of coz need to calculate ur wife commitment level .

may i know the interest rate for the existing loan ? if u wan save some legal fee , value fee and stamp duty .. can get a zero moving cost package . bank will pay for customer . only bad is the rate not really good .
