时常看见一些大公司要请CUSTOMER SERVICE.有谁可以告诉我这份工作的工作性质和范围是做什么的？
为何很多都要求GCE “N” level，这是什么咚咚来的？

CUSTOMER SERVICE

负责check PO against salesman 给的quotation
负责接repeat order
负责安排出货
负责开job sheet
负责handle customer complaint
负责与planning 部门coordinate
负责做sales person 交代的事情（因为sales person 时常在外头）
负责与store check inventory， 接着才开单
等等

基本上这份工非常压力，也是要非常细心。因为开错单就要自己吃下。。。
拜六礼拜也是不的空，因为customer 随时会call 你。。。

中间人，customer push你，你push production, production做到要死，背地里鸟你。等下production做不出，你给customer鸟，你鸟回production。

这份工要很小心，之前我公司因为一个人的错误，赔了600k.
