Responsibilities of the Role: （工作职责）
The Support Executive must have the ability to communicate well with customers through written and spoken Mandarin and interact in an efficient and well-mannered way using chat, email and voice （在线客服专员必须拥有良好的中文普通话说、写交流能力，使用有效、有礼貌的方式与顾客进行聊天、发邮件、语音通话。）

Requirement（基本要求）
~Malaysians with SPM holders and above(至少要SPM以上的学历）
~Min age 20years （至少20岁或以上）
~Work in Kuala Lumpur City -Opposite KLCC/Cyberjaya(工作地点-klcc的对面或cyberjaya)
~speak,read,write and able type Chinese(Mandarin)
（必须有良好的中文-说，听，写和使用中文输入法）
~基本的英文水准
~良好的沟通技巧
~勤劳
~可以接受24小时轮班制度的工作

~ Monthly salary of RM3000 (Probation period RM2500)（转正后月薪3000马币，试用期2500马币）
~ Performance Related Allowance on a quarterly basis for confirmed employees（转正后每个季度会根据表现发放相应的奖金）
