CF 是 Certificate of Fitness, 我们常说的入伙纸

CF simply means Certificate of Fitness,which also means that the property has been inspected by JKR / JBA / BOMBA / ETC. all these Depts must give the approvals and then the CF is issued.i have known of properties which do not the CF for many many years people are living there and still no CF. the government is very relaxed about this CF until a building falls apart and then as usual everyone will be pointing fingers at one another.now if the building has no CF means no Insurance Company will insure it even for fire.it also means if the building falls apart no one gets compensation.last if you really dont get the CF you cannot sell it.I dont know if the developer will refund your deposit, depends on what both of you have in writing. my advice is try to get your money back and go look for a building with a CF, less headaches.

在新加坡，叫做Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC) or Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP)
