大马羽坛一哥李宗伟投身商界，将在安邦路推出名为A Residency D'Suria的公寓。

李宗伟日前以Chong Wei Bina Jaya执行董事身分，亮相于吉隆坡会展中心所举行的“我梦想中房子”活动。

上述计划由SSF机构旗下子公司所发展，坐落安邦一片3英亩地皮上，发展总值1亿6000万令吉，预料将推出两座楼高18层的公寓，内含252个单位，每单位的占地面积介于1060平方尺至2253平方尺，从50万令吉起跳。

这座产业包括一个空中花园、泳池及24小时的保安及桑拿服务；整个计划料在今年6月15日完成。

SSF机构预料，截至今年9月的认购率将达70%至80%。

李宗伟以Binajaya私人有限公司董事经理的“新”身分出席活动，并将在这个计划下，担任品牌及市场经理。

李宗伟在记者会上说：“我决定在挂拍后投入商界，此次推出的公寓计划是我的未来。小时候我们没有属于自己的产业，如今有钱有能力去完成梦想，也让其他人拥有自己的家。”
