Refinance房屋贷款 这样的律师收费合理吗?

我在Am bank Refinance 屋子,请问这样的收费合理吗?谢谢大家的帮忙

Property Purchase Agreement - exempted

Statutory Declaration-Owner Occupation - 10.00
Statutory Declaration-Bankruptcy - 10.00

Search
Bankruptcy Search - 20.00
Land/caveat/Presentation book search - 90.00

Please minus rm400 from the total bill as the quotation under Islamic.

REFINANCE 6 千多万,这样收费还不合理???合理到暴!!
