如何买政府廉价屋？flat?新山一代

我想买政府廉价屋，flat，在新山一代，要如何申请呢？需要什么条件，我是在新加坡工作赚新币的。申请条件有薪水range的吗？如果是在malaysi工作薪水比较高会不符合条件的吗 |

在MAYBANK后面。
是GELANG PATAH 人民组屋。RM20,000罢了。

You can go to Plaza Angsana Pejabat Setiausaha take the application form, it is FOC.
Many people was told to go to Taman Tun Aminah (Behind Maybank) there to get form and that person charge you RM80 and tell you that you can apply base on the MRT route plan which he display on the wall, let me tell you all...these JB-Singapore MRT plan you can download from internet, you just type JB-Singapore MRT, you find find many different version of it. So please do not trust that guy and pay RM80 for a free form !!!!! You ask him how many % you can get the house, he will look at you...you will look at him......I saw there are average 10-30 people go there.....can you imagine $80 x 20 pax = RM1,600/day.
80%-90% of low cost house / medium cost house are allocated to bumi, and the balance 10%-20% are allocated to Chinese and Indian. Among these Chinese and Indian, provided you are MCA or MIC supporter !!! |

有薪水单资料，拿非正式表格去宣誓官盖印花，影印护照最新三个月工资单生份证新加坡劳工卡，经过乐高园交通圈转左手直走，见到木制皇宫建筑物第二个路口转进去一楼交表格，前提是你从来没买房子或拥有房产。。。 |

beware the want in TUN AMINAH want......A form of RM80 ???? like i sell you a white form ( to singapore ) for RM50... actual is free
