RHB Bank 信用卡再也沒有Monthly Statement

从1-6-2009开始，RHB Bank 信用卡再也沒有Monthly Statement. 全部改成Annual Statement. 那些需要知道Minimum Payment 和due date的信用卡特有人必需打电话去Customer care问详情。
以下是RHB Bank 的公告：
Important Announcement:
Dear Customers,
Effective 1st June 2009, we will be NOT be sending you your Personal Financing account monthly statements. In replacement, we will be sending you annual statements with effect from 31st December 2009. In view of this, please be reminded that to avoid late payment charges, monthly repayment should be made on or before your due date. Please contact our Customer care for details of your minimum payment and due date.

你们说他们这样做合理吗？RHB Bank 的customer care又十分难打通。你们还会继续用RHB信用卡吗？我有他们的Travel money Master card, Activate了可是还没用过。我想我不会再用了。很不方便，每个月都要打电话去customer care问balance等等...

我都系咁话！
有空去银行问清楚下，之前还贪它的 offer ，本剪了的 Travel Money 卡又用回！真的那样的话就跟它说拜拜了！:@ |

如果他们1年才寄statement来，那我们要等到1年后才可以对单咯！（我们的record 和银行的record) |

在CC那边看到的
就算不是CC Statement 是Personal Loan Statement也是很好笑
要人家还钱的东西 没有给statement做reminder
又不是买车 |
