[求助] 要怎样写‘两年生，两年死’合同？？

因为要出租店面，但对方要求要‘两年生，两年死’的合同。我以前的合约就只是写出租两年，现在要‘两年生，两年死’，我不会改。
因为不想浪费钱去给律师弄，所以麻烦各位大大了。。。
