levono S410 broadcom wifi poor connection

Hi,
I just bought a new levono notebook S410 and i found that the wifi connection is relatively weak.
I cant even able to connect to network from my room.
However, when i move my notebook closer to the router (directly in front of it), it works well.

Here are some details:
Network adapter: Broadcom 802.11n
Windows: 8.1

Anyone can help?

有试过其他wireless modem？或是到其他地方（网咖，朋友家）接收无线看看？或许是你的modem无线信号低？（尤其是telekom送的）
或是买个wireless adapter\ repeater\ access point来加强信号。。。
还是直接送去claim warranty.

楼主，这不可能是这laptop的receiver弱。。多数是TM给的modem或router的wireless signal weak问题。。

My modem is not provided by telecom. It was provided by singtel. I am staying at singapore.i have another laptop which functioning well with intel built in network adapter....
