我去看了
1。发展商说深下几个单位，13楼 和4楼，角若单位全没了。我在想有没那么快。
I did a survey becasue price not cheap, few point below need take into consideration:-
2. 单位纵5楼开始，7楼以上可以看到 KLCC VIEW, but u can found half kl CITY
vIEW block by Pertama Residency， Every 3 楼加 RM10k。 纵 RM318k起。
3. Maintanance fees first year RM150 , 2nd Year RM200, 3rd Year onward RM0.20 per sqft = RM260 ( All not yet inclusive 10% every month shinking funds).
4. 本人很喜欢 because go KL near if no traffic Jem，因有2个阳台， 但Condo 后面有一个很大的 Water Tangi Tank ，前面有 Alam Flora Rubbish Truck Parking Area, i been there 3 times in a day, i saw lorry in and out quite frequently even already 7pm evening (not hygiene got virus, dusty & smelly in air. WILL kill the point of Sky Garden and balcony cos air pollution by lorry 放废气，If every morning the lorry start engine warm up not move than will be noisy)
Any one found other good and bad point? Can share

3月20号已经开始卖了，我也在那时定了，现在剩下BUMI LOTS 了。除非有人定了不要， 不然不可能买到了。那天看到WAITING LIST, 好多名字。
AGENT 说 DEVELOPER 已跟隔壁的 LAND OWNER 谈着JOINT VENTURE 的事情， 要建2 STOREY SHOPLOTS。 但他没有SHOW BLACK AND WHITE，DEVELOPER 的话可以信吗？这要看你自己对他有没有信心。 |

你说的应该是PERTAMA RESIDENCY 吧. 早已买完了。 快要交CF 了，现在的价钱比LAUNCHING 时起了至少30%。很漂亮的condo。 |

不 Vistaria Condo 的确卖的八八九九, maybe the balance is Bumi Lot.
Pertama residency are beside got mosque and shell station.
The Vistaria near pasar malan there, not yet start build. the actual site is in opp water tank behind behind alam flora and beside pertama residency. |
