The Board of Directors is of the view that the acceptance of the Agreement is in the best interest of the Company and the terms and conditions of the Agreement are fair, reasonable and on terms that are not detrimental to the interest of the minority shareholders of the Company. MyEG设外劳宿舍计划

（吉隆坡9日讯）MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）建议，通过成立外劳宿舍计划（FWAP），将业务多元化至产业领域，并预计新业务未来可贡献25%净利。

MyEG今日向马交所报备，将召开特大寻求股东同意业务多元化一事。

另外，公司目前在马六甲租了三块地皮做FWAP业务用途，其中有两个宿舍已经开始营运，另一家则预计会在2018财年正式运作。

“在未来，FWAP带来的租金将会成为公司新增的经常收入来源。”

根据文告，截至今年6月30日，FWAP在2017财年为公司带来了67万5000令吉营收，相等于总营业额的0.18%，不过，该业务仍让公司蒙受118万7000令吉净亏。【e南洋】

该公司向马交所报备，营业额上扬24.74%至9803万9000令吉，高于去年同季的7859万7000令吉。

根据文告，营业额和净利攀扬，归功于线上更新外劳准证和保险、外劳重聘计划服务的交易量走高。

此外，汽车贸易相关服务的业务也表现出色。

行家建议：

MyEG的2018财年首季业绩，占我们和市场预期的20.4%和20.5%，符合预期。

不过，我们认为周息率降低了该股吸引力，约1.0%，因为净现金持续减少。截至首季，净现金按年跌7.9%，从去年同期的5170万令吉，降至4760万令吉。

MyEG开拓租车业务

（八打灵再也2日讯）提供线上电子政府部门服务的MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股），在近期内除了通过成立外劳宿舍计划（FWAP）来多元化业务至产业领域，同时也正在计划着在国内打开全新的租车业务市场。

董事经理黄天顺接受财经周刊《The Edge》访问时指出，MyEG在数个月前，已通过独资子公司MyEG信贷私人有限公司来开拓租车业务。

“这是一个全新的重大业务……阿里巴巴和腾讯旗下都有子公司专门经营这门生意，而且该些公司的市值都是以数十亿美元计。”

他补充，经过深入研究，公司发现这门生意在国内暂时不需申请执照，这也为MyEG省下不少功夫。

另外，黄天顺指出，公司正在探讨的租车业务，将包括私人租车，而这很有可能在未来会为公司带来丰厚的利润。

根据汽车行业资料显示，私人租车在国内仍是非常新颖。按照现有的私人租车计划，租车客需签订至少三年的租期，并在之后可选择将其全盘买下，或转租另一台汽车。

一名外国汽车品牌的高级行政人员则认为，目前这种私人租车计划只有高档汽车公司，如奔驰和宝马的参与，而且出租期偏短。如果MyEG专注在可负担汽车市场，私人租车在国内可能大有可为。【e南洋】

该公司董事经理黄天顺接受媒体访问时指出，MyEG在数月前，已通过独资子公司——MyEG信贷私人有限公司，开拓租车业务，包括私人租车。

联昌国际投行分析员对此感到惊喜，因为私人租车在国内是门小生意，大部分服务是由高端品牌业者提供。

“有了优步和Grab，我们认为今时今日不再需要拥有汽车，因此租用是个不错的提议。此外，租车对优步和Grab司机而言也更合理，他们无需担忧维修、更新车险和路税，将由租车公司负责。”

扶持二手车买卖平台

此外，分析员相信，租车业务的用意是支持MyEG旗下二手汽车买卖平台业务（MyMotor）。

分析员补充，银行收紧房贷和车贷，现在可能是MyEG扩大私人租车业务的好时机。

该公司的优势在于，负责更新全国路税，并与国内最多二手车商打交道。

为了扩大私人租车业务，MyEG可能需要提高负债，但分析员认为，应该不会在截至6月杪的2018财年出现。

“在2018财年，该公司应该会将营运现金流，用于融资消费税监管第二期计划的资本开销，预计介于4亿至5亿令吉，未来6至12个月内完成。”

分析员维持“增持”评级、每股盈利预测和3.04令吉目标价。

成功在全国推出消费税监管第二期计划，是上修评级的催化因素，下行风险是项目再度延期。

购Stampede 23.5%

（吉隆坡20日讯）MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）旗下投资膀臂MyEG资本私人有限公司，收购Stampede解决方案私人有限公司23.5%股权，总值1040万令吉。

MyEG今天发出文告称，MyEG资本和Stampede集团今天达成上述协议，成为该投资膀臂至今最大的投资项目。

Stampede解决方案的主要业务，是为收债机构提供科技解决方案，是国内最大的相关供应商，服务对象包括应收账款与收款行业。

国内，多达90%的收债机构和相关企业，采用Stampede公司的核心产品Volare，这些使用单位包括大马回教银行、国家企业家机构（PUNB）、大马丰田资本、布特拉大学和RCE资本（RCECAP，9296，主板金融股）等。

这项总值1040万令吉的投资额，能够让Stampede公司继续加强现有的营运市场，包括菲律宾、泰国和越南市场，并且计划扩展业务至印尼的新兴软件市场。

Stampede的主要业务，是为收债机构提供科技解决方案，服务对象包括应收账款与收款行业，同时也是国内最大的相关供应商。

在国内，多达90%的收债机构和相关企业，采用Stampede的核心产品Volare。

行家建议：

截至9月杪，MyEG的现金储备达1.805亿令吉。即使再纳入2190万令吉的短期举债后，该公司依然会有1.586亿令吉的现金在手。

因此，MyEG动用内部资金来进行上述收购应该不会有任何的问题。

我们预计收购Stampede对MyEG的短期净利不会有重大贡献，因为公司只是收购Stampede的部分股权。

MyEG大部分的净利，依然会继续源自核心业务。因此，现阶段我们暂维持财测不变。

（吉隆坡29日讯）大马竞争委员会（MyCC）今日揭示对MyEG服务（MY E.G. Services Bhd）违反2010年竞争法令而开罚的原因。

竞争委员会今日发布文告指出，MyEG服务子公司MyEG Commerce私人有限公司已与兴业保险（RHB Insurance）签订代理协议，成为兴业保险的代理，其中包括在更新外劳临时工作准证（PLKS）时，销售强制性的保险。

该会补充：“调查结果显示，上诉人（MyEG）的行为导致选择通过上诉人向兴业保险购买强制性保险的客户可更快地更新准证，因上述保险可获自动验证。”

另一方面，选择其他非代理保险公司进行类似服务的客户，则必须经过额外的验证程序，导致更新时间较长。

“这反过来给客户造成压力，以通过上诉人向兴业保险购买强制性保险。”

MyEG昨日向大马交易所报备说，竞争上诉法庭（CAT）驳回公司针对竞争委员会决定提出的上诉。

竞争委员会指出，竞争上诉法庭的裁决肯定了该会的决定及对MyEG开罚合共614万令吉。

“但是，如果上诉人不遵守竞争上诉法庭的指示，罚款金额可能会提高。”

罚款包括截至2016年6月24日的272万令吉，以及从2016年6月25日至2017年12月28日，每日罚款7500令吉。

竞争委员会表示，MyEG必须立即停止在处理临时工作准证强制性保险更新申请的同等交易中，施加不同条件的做法。

该会补充，若MyEG未能这么做，则将延长每日罚款。

MyEG也必须在12月28日起的60天内，为所有竞争对手和潜在新业者，提供有效方案。

竞争委员会总执行长Datuk Abu Samah Shabudin透露：“目前正积极针对卡特尔（cartel）活动，即参与定价、通过回扣和折扣设置交易条件，以及市场分配和共享的公司。”

“该会正在调查涉嫌参与卡特尔活动的一些公司包括来自航空业、制冰业、物流和沙商。”

竞争委员会也指出，该会与马航（Malaysian Airline System Bhd）及亚洲航空（AirAsia Bhd）之间的案件有待竞争上诉法庭的司法审查，听证会将于明年3月7日举行。

竞争上诉仲裁庭在上周四驳回MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）的上诉，维持大马竞争委员会的最初决定，即MyEG被罚款227万2200令吉，及从2016年6月25日至上周四期间，每日额外罚款7500令吉。

竞争委员会也要求MyEG停止在处理外劳工作准证更新服务时设下不同条件，并在60天内为竞争者提供可参与门槛。

行家建议:

虽然消息对公司不利，但这笔总值640万令吉罚款仅占2018财年净利预测的2.2%，且MyEG有意寻求司法审核和申请暂缓执行裁决，因此我们认为，这事态不会冲击股价。

另外，非法外劳注册活动在去年杪完成。根据MyEG在6月杪前完成注册50万名外劳来计算，预计全年能达到100万名的目标，每完成一名外劳就可得100令吉收入。

在去年9月，MyEG也为雇主推出匹配外劳服务，让雇主能获得更多的新外劳。MyEG能从中收取每名1000令吉。

该公司也在销售强制保险上，可从每个保单上获得60至70令吉佣金。我们预计每年有6万名外劳雇主购买保险，从中带来每年约6000万令吉营业额和3000万令吉税前收入。

按照2019年本益比预测25.2倍不变，我们维持每股净利预测和目标价，保留“增持”投资评级。

（吉隆坡10日讯）国家银行批准MyEG服务（My EG Services Bhd）通过iPayEasy电子钱包发行电子货币。

根据文告，MyEG服务的孙公司（sub-subsidiary）MY E.G.Alternative Payment Services私人有限公司（MyEG Alternative）获得国行的批准信函，允许其通过指定支付工具发行电子货币，每名客户的最大钱包限额为1500令吉。

“这让MyEG Alternative可展开与电子货币发行有关的活动，这与MyEG服务及子公司现有业务活动相辅相成。”

MyEG服务补充说：“预计这个批准将为集团的前景作出积极贡献。”
