該公司向馬證交所報備指出，由于目前市場走勢動盪，導致私下配售繳足資本10%的新股將分批進行，因此會有數個定價。

如今上述計劃的主理銀行大眾投資銀行公佈，首批1290萬新股的發售價為每股31仙配售。

文件指出，每股31仙的配售價格相等于TIGER截至11月1日，5個交易日的平均價格折價約7.32%。

本报探悉，近两周不断从公开市场大手买入金虎集团的人，正是这位在今年3月16日辞去普腾主席一职的新晋企业家。

纳兹米这次入股金虎集团，相信是要藉这家以房产发展、建筑业和木料为核心业务的公司再大展拳脚。

股權易手傳言炒翻天‧交易所警戒‧澆不熄金虎

（吉隆坡5日訊）金虎（TIGER，7079，主板工業產品組）炒風熾熱，大馬股票交易所今日發出文告提醒投資者謹慎交易該股項及憑單，這是交易所事隔9個月後再次發出交易警戒，顯示了仙股炒風蟄伏一段時期後，如今捲土重來。

不過，市場人士認為，交易所這項警愓投資者的例牌動作，雖使馬股交投略趨謹慎，料不會顯著抑制市場情緒及炒風。

交易所早對針對金虎發出“不尋常交易活動＂（UMA）質詢，如今進一步提出交易警示，之前交易所曾在今年2月9日勸告投資者謹慎交易耐因英達機構（NICORP，4464，主板貿服組）。

傳納茲米入主
雖然金虎宣稱對股價波動不知情，但市場盛傳該公將出現新大股東，普騰（Proton）前主席拿督納茲米已為TIGER安排了一系列的企業活動，準備大展拳腳。

高級抽傭經紀盧文豪認為，交易所的質詢行動，或多或少會使散戶對交易低價股更為謹慎，有助於使他們對有關投機的股項先行作好功課才進場。

不過，目前參與馬股投機活動的散戶人數不多，而且大多數對投機交易也相當謹慎，所以，交易所有關行動對整體馬股交投影響不會顯著。

他認為，股市也需要一些投機活動，以刺激市場熱絡度，而不至於陷入死氣沉沉的格局。

據悉，大馬股票交易所也會直接向一些市場玩家提出警告，避免他們玩得太過火，實是打擊市場投機或交投活動主要因素，比通過質詢方式的影響更為顯著。

他認為，當局不必對低價股炒風過於謹慎，若是頻頻向活躍低價股過度作出質詢，相信某程度上會抑制馬股交投情緒及破壞股市的購興，特別是市場缺乏散戶投資者之際。

他認為，目前馬股仍有一些擁有基本因素的低價股，或至少擁有較高的資產值支撐的股項，市場出現一些購興或炒風，以引起市場及投資者的注意，也是無可厚非，實在不必過於謹慎，如過早提出質詢，甚至是給於暫停交易行動。

對散戶交投情緒影響微
分析員張昌耀認為，對股市散戶而言，不論交易所是否對低價炒股採取質詢行動，相信他們都會先行瞭解所投機/投資股項的背景，所以，故交易所的質詢行動對散戶交投情緒影響料不會顯著。

他認為，在股市投機肯定會有一定的風險，不過，為了避免蒙受重虧或套牢，散戶投機/投資者有必要擁有適當的投機策略，包括清楚進出場的時機與合理價位等。

他舉例，之前丰盛工業（HAVEST，9342，主板工業產品組）被炒上每股逾2令吉高峰，目前已經打回原形暴跌回每股40仙以下水平，應是給於散戶一個很好的借鏡。

他認為，整體馬股大市走勢及交投情緒，也是影響低價股炒風是否熱絡的主要原因。

股票熱度不減
儘管大馬股票交易所今日發出謹慎交易警告，惟金虎及憑單交易熱度未減，走勢如過山車般大起大落，並分別登上熱門榜冠亞位置。

交易所今日呼吁謹慎交易該股項及憑單，並且會毫不遲疑採取適當行動，以确保金虎及憑單交易是在公平及有序下進行。

交易商認為，相信該公司為使私下配售新股更具吸引力及取得好價位（首批售價為每股31仙），從而托高股價。同時，該公司大股東向市場增購股票，料也是使股價走高的原因。

金虎今早開市即起3仙至49.5仙，較後在投資/投機者熱捧下，一度漲升8仙至54.5仙高峰。全天收市時，它起0.5仙至47仙，全天成交量放大至8千666萬5千900股，為全場最熱股項。

金虎WA（TIGER-WA，7079WA，憑單）走勢也同樣在大幅度波動，它早市一度漲升2.5仙至32.5仙，也一度重挫5仙至25仙低點。全天收市時，它跌2.5仙至24仙，總共有6千零7萬8千900股易手，為全場第四熱門股。（星洲日報／財經）

金虎股價向來走勢平平，但在10月22日異軍突起，炒風開始湧現，帶動股價在不足2週內，從15仙飆漲166.67%至40仙。金虎WA走勢也波動異常。

大馬股票交易所在10月23日質詢該公司股價不尋常波動（UMA），惟該公司當天回覆表示對股價波動不知情。

金虎在本月1日的股價持續大幅度波動，盤中一度起至49仙，創下2008年2月來新高，而最低做30仙，反跌10仙或25%，顯示全天走勢如過山車，並為全日最熱門股項，全日近1億4千萬股易手。

金虎是在今年5月初建議，向潛在投資者進行最高私下配售3千941萬股新股計劃，將在11月16日截止，但公司最近向交易所尋求展延相關活動6個月至2013年5月17日，以圖籌措最多788萬2千令吉，以償還銀行貸款，和滿足營運資本需求。

KUALA LUMPUR: Hayat Maya Sdn Bhd has emerged as substantial shareholder in Tiger Synergy Bhd after buying 16.1 million shares or a 5.26% stake.

A filing with Bursa Malaysia showed Hayat Maya, which has its office in Plaza Glomac, Kelana Jaya here, had acquired the shares at 45.3 sen each.

The company said the circumstances by reason of which the buyer had interest was a "potential for synergy".

Tiger Synergy, in a separate statement, denied a news report that former Proton Holdings Bhd chairman Datuk Seri Mohd Nadzmi Mohd Salleh had become the major shareholder of the company.

It said that to the best of its knowledge and after making due inquiry with the directors and major shareholders, "we are not aware and as at to-date the company has not received any such notification".

Earlier in the day, Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd cautioned investors over the recent sharp rise in the price and volume of Tiger Synergy Bhd shares and its warrants.

"Bursa Securities will not hesitate to take appropriate regulatory action to ensure fair and orderly trading of Tiger and Tiger-WA," it said.

On Monday, Tiger was the most active with 88.66 million shares done, up 0.5 sen to 47 sen. Its warrants fell 4.5 sen to 25.5 sen with 53.59 million units transacted.

（吉隆坡5日訊）TIGER（TIGER，7079，主要板工業）獲鮮為人知的Hayat Maya以每股45.3仙入股，不過幕后大股東依舊成謎，馬證交所特發文告警惕股民“小心老虎”！

TIGER今日消息連連，繼早盤遭馬證交所發出警告，建議股民對該股股價走勢保持謹慎、該公司澄清普騰控股前主席拿督納茲米非大股東后，稍后再發文告報備新大股東。

報備文告中指出，Hayat Maya 是以每股45.3仙收購該公司1610萬股，該批股權相等于5.26%，崛起成為公司大股東之一。

該公司在文告中指出，入股 TIGER 原因是業務具協合作用；不過 Hayat Maya 公司背景鮮為人知，幕后大老板身分未明，難令人將納茲米排除在外。

或重演豐昇戲碼
日前媒體報導指出，甫于今年3月離開普騰的納茲米，已為TIGER安排一系列企業活動，準備大展拳腳，不過納茲米拒置評。

市場消息如假似真，TIGER股項早已因傳聞獲股民連數週“熱炒”，馬證交所今早即開聲奉勸投資者謹慎行事，對 TIGER 和TIGER-WA 的交易做出明智決定。

“證交所將毫不猶豫采取適當的監管行動，以確保 TIGER 和 TIGER-WA 的交易公平和有秩序。”

換言之，倘若TIGER繼續在傳聞下交投熾熱，或重演首相兒入股豐昇工業（HARVEST，9342，主要板工業）戲碼，淪為需預付投資金額交易的“指定股項”。

母股交投量熱爆全場
消息甚囂塵上，TIGER母股及憑單今日交投熾熱，母股在閉市時成為場上最活躍股項，成交量高達8866萬；憑單則以5369萬股成交量排在熱門股榜的第4位 。

TIGER今早開盤揚3仙至49.5仙，休市掛48仙，揚1.5仙，交投6529萬股；TIGER-WA（TIGER-WA，7079WA，主要板憑單）開盤揚0.5仙至30.5仙，休市掛27.5仙，跌2.5仙，交投4254萬6000股。

閉市時，TIGER揚0.5仙至47仙，從22日開市價15仙至今日閉市，2週勁漲32仙或2倍；TIGER-WA則跌4.5仙至25.5仙。

TIGER 股價早于10月22日出現異動，從15仙勁漲至20.5仙，漲幅36.7%，遭馬證交所發出“異常交易活動”質詢，但公司聲稱不知股價為何突漲。

上周，本报曾经报道，纳兹米将会成为金虎集团的大股东，不过，该公司周一否认了这个消息。

至于Hayat Maya私人有限公司，则是11月2日，买入金虎集团的1610万股或相等于5.26%的股权，每股价格45.3仙。

根据金虎集团的文告，买家对该股权感兴趣的原因，则是“潜在的协同效用”。

股价逆转下滑

该公司股价在今天逆转下滑，闭市时，报40仙，下挫7仙或14.89%，成交量有3433万4800股，一度下滑至38.5仙的水平。

（吉隆坡1日讯）消息透露，刚刚成为金虎集团（Tiger，7079，主板工业产品股）大股东的拿督斯里纳兹米，计划以每股60仙收购该公司的其余股权。

金虎集团周三证实本报之前的独家报道，即普腾（Proton）前主席拿督斯里纳兹米已经崛起成为该集团的大股东。

金虎集团向马交所报备的大股东变动，纳兹米是透过Hayat Maya私人有限公司，在11月2日购入的金虎集团5.26%股权，而间接成为金虎集团大股东。

根据文告，纳兹米是Hayat Maya的大股东，而Hayat Maya以每股45.3仙的收购价，购入金虎集团的1610万股。

不排除注入资产
消息人士透露，纳兹米接下来有计划以每股60仙，全面收购金虎集团的企业股权。

此外，也不排除纳兹米将会注入其他资产进入金虎集团。

《南洋商报》周二引述消息人士报道，Hayat Maya刚刚成为金虎集团的大股东，而纳兹米正是Hayat Maya背后持有人。

消息还称，目前已经持有金虎集团5%股权的纳兹米，将会进一步增持另外5%股权。

另一方面，金虎集团今日也在另一项文告中宣布，将在明日发行1290万新配售股，价格为每股31仙。

金虎集团的股价和成交量纷纷激增，因而在10月22日遭到马交所“不寻常市场活动”（UMA）的质询，该公司之后表明，不清楚任何导致股价异动的企业发展。

随后，该股的股价持续上扬，最高价位飙升至本周一的47仙，该够在周二回跌7仙或14.89%至40仙。
