（吉隆坡15日讯）营养品和护肤产品制造商Nova保健集团有限公司提呈草拟招股书，计划公开发售8200万股新股，寻求挂牌大马交易所创业板。

根据Nova保健集团提呈给证监会的草拟招股书，公开发售的3100万股新股将保留给散户。

当中，1600万股将分配给大众认购，其余的1500万股将保留给合格人士。

另外，剩下的5100万股将通过私下配售的方式，配售给机构和特定的投资者。

至于上市筹集所得的用途，其中的36.6%将用作新厂房建设资金、25.7%用作研发活动资金、11.1%用作市场营销资金，以及20%用作一般营运资本。

而剩下的5.8%将用来支付上市所需开销。

Nova保健集团表示，预计可在2018年11月前完成打造“生产质量规范”（GMP）认证的新厂房，并最早料可在2019年首季开始投运。

根据Nova保健集团已审计财报，截至6月杪2017财年，公司净赚1376万3000令吉，而营业额则达2454万1000令吉。

肯纳格投行是这宗上市计划的主理顾问、账目管理人与包销商。

Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd is pleased to announce that the Nova Wellness Group Berhad ("Nova") IPO under which 16,000,000 IPO Shares ("Shares") were made available for application by the Malaysian Public has been oversubcribed and the balloting of shares was conducted this afternoon.

Following the closing date of the application of Nova, 16,000,000 IPO Shares available for application by the Malaysian public on 9 July 2018, a total of 2,200 applications for 61,361,300 IPO Shares were received representing an oversubscription rate of 2.84 times.

All Notices of Allotment for the IPO Shares will be mailed to successful applicants on or before July 19, 2018.
