【大/中房出租】徵求包租公/二房東在17區Happy Mansion Apartment（4r/2b）

c3-4, 17/13, Seksyen 17. 马来学校旁，在My Elephant Thai Restaurant 楼上，附近有操場和篮球场，每２０ 分钟有公车服务至Ａｓｉａ　Ｊａｙａ轻快铁站和Phileo Damansara MRT站。校车服务至马来亚大学。有许多华人熟食档，１３分钟步行至ｉａｃｔ，ｊａｙａ１和ｃｏｌｄｓｔｏｒａｇｅ。
目前大房（有冷氣）和中房空著，另外一個中房和小房有房客組著（每個月定期還組/rm500和rm450/小房有冷氣所以會另收電費）。
停車方便。
房客都是華人。
目前租著rm1800，需要收取兩個月半的抵押金。
内有廚房炊具（可煮食），家具，熱水器和洗衣機。
一般白天因著樓下的餐館繁忙所以會比較難找停車位。到了晚上會有守衛監管進來的車輛。

我是因爲患病无法工作所以必須放棄這間公寓。

On top of famous My Elephant Thai Restaurant. Walking distance to playground and basketball court, nearby bus stop. (Buses to Taman Jaya LRT Station and Phileo Damansara MRT station every 20 - 30 mins.)
Pick up shuttle services from UM. Convenience shops, Chinese food stalls, launderettes available. Walk for 13 minutes to reach IACT, Jaya 1 & Cold-Storage.
The Masterbedroom (with aircond) & Medium room is currently empty, while the another Medium room and Small room is occupied(very steady rent payment every month).
a lot of parking space.
Friendly House mate.
The rental is rm1800, 2.5months of deposit required.
Already equipped with cooking utensils(cooking allowed), furnitures, hot water showels and washing machine.
There will be difficulties to find a parking during day time as the restaurant downstairs is rather famous. At night, there will be security guards to monitor the car entering into the premises.

The main reason I am giving up this unit was because I fell sick and I am not able to continue working.

之前忘了提，抵押的rm1800x2.5因爲我已經收了，所以只需要rm1250就行了。以後搬走時可以跟屋主拿囘rm1800x2.5。
forgot to mention, I have already collected the deposit amount of rm1800x2.5. you only need to pay a total of rm1250. when move out next time just collect rm1800x2.5 from the landlord.
