职位描述 ：

• 通过不断改进，提高生产设备/设施的能力，技术与安全性，以及最大限度的提高产量。
• 开发新的，具有创新和成本效益的流程来改进现有流程或技术。
• 为生产提供有效的技术支持，确保最低故障事故的发生，提高产品的可靠性和质量。
• 规划和管理部门团队的方向，确保所有机器得到优化和维护。
• 以最好的标准和做法有效建立，实施和维护公司的基础设施。
• 通过流程工程团队协助工程经理进行流程改进活动。
  

职位需要

• 拥有电气与工程/机械工程学士学位或同等学历
• 至少5年相关管理工作经验
• 拥有ISO 9001 QMS＆14001 EM和TS 16949 相关知识
• 领导力，分析能力和决策能力
• 拥有良好的沟通能力，具有高度的信用和独立性

Job Description

• To maximize production yield through continuous improvement of production layout and upgrading manufacturing equipment/facilities for capacity, process and safety improvement
• Developing new, innovative and cost effective processes to improve existing processes or technologies
• To provide effective technical support to production to ensure minimum production down time & improving of product reliability and quality
• Initiating, planning and managing the direction of departmental team to ensure all machines are being optimized and maintained
• Effective establish, implement and maintain company’s infrastructure with the best standard and practices
• To assist Engineering Manager on process improvement activities with Process Engineering team
  

Job Requirement

• Possess Advanced/Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in related managerial working experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to maintain factory machinery, facilities and product improvement with effective manner
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 QMS &14001 EM and TS 16949
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision making skills
• Possess good communication skills with high level of commitment and independent
