寻找Web Hosting

我与朋友想搞一个网站，需求是支持PHP、MySQL、CGI、E-Mail等最好有多个E-mail地址。
由于网站只提供朋友们学习交流用途，So....我们需要什么域名（.com.my / .com / .？？)申请时需要什么证件吗？
P/S ：我们的英文水平都很差...... |

.com 的会比较容易申请, 价钱也比较便宜。
.com.my 需要商业注册文件. |

我现在只想做BMForum,只需要有PHP,不要有流量限制，不要文件大小限制and RM200以下。谢谢，
