回扣了大约是 Type B 605k / Type A 650k
不过比较优势的是
不需要头期12 月 就可以入伙了
免 SPA , Loan 律师费

你好，上星期我去实地观察了目前开始采用覆盖式技术把一部分的池封闭了
虽然示范单位是向化粪池， 不过客户的反映是没有化学异味
而且TOWER A 比较没有正向
同时还有其他三个方向是分别对泳池， BDR SUNWAY, 和 SRI BAYU
我的客户是选择向 SUNWAY 和泳池居多

type B 605k应该是最低楼的价钱吧
通常都没有了
剩余中高的确实是700k左右 |

由于是自住的比较多
6-13 楼的售出单位比较多
反而低楼还有吖

Hi we need help. We are the early birds buyer for tower A parc ville . Most of us bought the unit at rm500 ++
For 1323 sqft and 1220 sqft.. Now ioi is letting go block B cheap and unreasonably at rm440 per sqft. Block A owner is losing so much money + interest. Please help us to locate buyer. We like to seek compensation and explanation from management. But as usual... They are playing deaf and quiet. We are so sad and disappointed with ioi properties. Pls help us |

The info we getting from developer that Tower A is partly furnished
whereas Tower B is bare unit
hope will have more news on this

Hi
What the developer give for Tower A is only Air-conditioner and kitchen cabinet, but the Tower B bare unit selling price is far far cheaper than Tower A. And they give much more better unofficially OFFER to Tower B buyer, so for us as Tower A buyer is very very unfair.
So we need your help or advice.

这是你第一间屋子吗？不要慌，这种情况在很多地方已经上映了，多数是size比较少，或者没装修等等。。干嘛要找律师这么严重。。

先了解清楚，要明白今天的环境和你当时买tower A 的环境不一样。。
